The whole process from the quotation through to installation and warranty was seamless. The installation engineer was excellent and explained what he was doing and how the OHME charger works.

We shopped around for our home EV charger and found instantly that these guys knew what they were doing, from the first phone call.
Throughout our installation the company were happy to talk all things EV and were more than happy to advise us on what system would work best for our needs. Have had the charger for a few weeks and have had no issues at all. We have the Ohme pro and I personally would recommend this as a home charger. It ties in perfectly with Octopus Energy's smart tariffs and plans your charge for when it's cheapest. We will make big savings thanks to the charger and tariff combination and the speed of charge is much faster than we were getting with a 3 pin plug.

The installation was undertaken quickly and efficiently at the agreed time and quoted price. Very happy with this level of service.

After contacting Energise EV regarding installation of solar panels and a battery system, I was promptly contacted by Paul. Paul visited the following week to discuss our requirements, and submitted an initial quote the following week as promised, I contacted Paul to make some amendments to the system quoted. This is where communication ended, despite an email to remind him that I had not received the revised quote. I was rather disappointed, as my initial opinion of this company was extremely positive. If they did not want my custom why not just say that.

What can I say! Paul, Luke and the energiseEV team are a breath of fresh air. They are superb at what they do and at how they do it. I consider myself lucky to have found them and I will be recommending them to all that care to listen.
They were quick, neat and the solar system they have installed is working like a dream!

We contacted this company and after emails and phone calls arranged for Paul Lock to visit our home. Unfortunately it was a 'no-show' from him, so we waited to see if would make any contact. Nothing happened, so I wrote politely to enquire. Still no response, I am afraid to say.
