I found it really easy to use and ended up saving money on both gas and electric which is helpful.
Made my switch quick and simple. Got a much better tariff than what I was paying when we moved house. Very happy with the service.
Quick and simple process to switch energy providers, and made a good saving on my monthly bill
Saved a few hundred a year on our energy bill.
Outstanding service. The whole process of getting a
Domestic Electrical Installation Condition Report was made simple. Fast and efficient. Couldn't have been any more satisfied. Would highly recommend.
Was a customer with Robin Hood , they where Great 👍 no problems uk call centres , helpful staff , moved when there tarrifs sadly became less competitive, but I’d move back if this was to change .
Never did get manger call back. Refused my rights and was put on social media. Refused change my supplier but had to get someone else do it and forced them to remove Robin Hood of my case due to bad service and lack of work . Stay away
Wish I could give no stars took all my money and refuse to give it back.
They have transferred a big debt to British Gas in my name
Have queried it
Heard nothing so far
Hoping they can sort it
Always complained to them that meter was wrong
They wanted £90 to check it
British Gas have just replaced all the equipment
Hopefully it will show I was right
Wish I had never heard of RobinHood
This was a 5 star review for Robin Hood Energy, whose Trustpilot entry has been merged into Energy Comparison, so now one star as I've never heard of Energy Comparison.

I always had good customer support from Robin Hood, good prices, and above all when they shut-down they struck a good deal for their customers even if it does mean that I'm now with British Gas.
Shutting the company down cleanly was a responsible move, and whilst I'm not keen on the company that they sold me to, I'm happy to be on the same deal as I had with Robin Hood but with 6 month longer fix and no exit fees.
I admired their attempt to be a socially responsible energy company, it's a shame it didn't work out.
Was with RHE for 10 months and have now been with BG for 7 months after they took over RHE. I recently receive a letter saying that we are now in debt by over £2000. I contacted BG to find out what was going on and they told me that this was bills sent over by RHE that I never paid...this is the first time I learnt that we were ever in debt to RHE and we paid our bills every single month. Apparently RHE sent over duplicates of the same bills to bump up the number and now we are having to prove that we do not owe this money. Especially in the current climate this has caused myself and my husband a great deal of stress as we would never be in a position to pay off this bill in one go, and to say I am angry and disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it!
Vanished up their own orifice, I need copies of my bills, cannot login to the portal, cannot contact.
What happened to data protection?
Complete con artists.
I got shoehorned into being with them via my housing agency (I was supposed to have sole choice over the matter), and after 2 months of trying to contact them only for the line to cut off during the hold tone I finally get told that I can set up a monthly payment plan, which I proceed to do.
Then they send letter after letter after I finally organise a payment plan which has culminated in today where I recieve aaletter threatening me with bailiffs!
Absolutely appaled by the "service" they "provided", avoid this company like the plague.
Robin Hood Energy was the supplier of my energy provider Ebico. I have always had price relative to the number of people living in my household and never paid a penny more. In fact my estimates were usually £350-400 more for the annual electric/gas. I got charged and paid exactly what I used, no service charge on gas which meant I only paid to use the gas for the winter season and nothing for nearly six months of the year. My electric was never more than £50 a month on average and usually was less than that even though I use the EU banned 60 - 100 watts to avoid the damage to the eyes the led ones bring. Twice the big bullies pushed they off. I paid the old fashioned way, three quarterly with cash. It is unfortunate they have been Robinhood has been pushed out. It is great news that they are returning and I have registered for them to alert me as I will be back with Ebico in a shot. My experience with British Gas is terrible, in the 1990s, they were brutal and the shock of having them currently in my life is pretty much like being returned to your rapist. I have never seen an energy provider appear on my Clearscore sheet and have had excellent relationship with Ebico and now British Gas is there. Octopus is the only option but they demand direct debits. I would rather do very little with my bank who are great but this aggressive takeover of Ebico by British Gas is horrible. I cannot wait to leave and would hope EBICO come back as soon as possible. The takeover was messy but my guess is that they were caught unawares although the writing was on the wall when they were forced to add standing charge of gas, and get rid of (ironically) the green Ebico Zero. Where you can steer clear of the big companies who are determined to punish small households.
Fraudulent Company.
They invented meter readings at 4x the actual price of readings.
They tried to blackmail into paying the fraudulent readings.
Stole £1100 out of my account but bank refunded.
Really bad company
Ci****l slaves
Clearly the big HF behind them was losing a bunch of money in the short squeeze/gamma short and RH decided to throw its principles out of the window. We need to move to blockchains trading
