Beautiful jewellery, as beautiful in real life as the catalogue. Instructions on how to select the right size and resize it when you get it are noticeably missing and are the only thing that would improve an otherwise great experience. That said, even contacting them for the information I required was easy and fast.

So why only 3 stars?

This would be a 5-star review if Enfin Levé made two changes to its customer service:

1. Add all the tax and import duties at checkout rather than me having to pay UPS when it lands in the UK. It would make the whole buying process easier, quicker and more transparent. It's bad enough my idiotic government took us out of the EU to begin with, but this just rubs salt in that wound.
2. Enfin Levé's Returns policy is one of the worst I've seen. As an "international" customer, their basic position is "If you want to return something to us, tough". Add to that no support for exchanges and the double whammy of import duties, you'd better hope you ordered the right size! Other companies give free-post return labels with the purchase because guess what, when ordering online, sometimes things don't fit!

Come on Enfin Levé. Make your customer service as awesome as your clothes!

Very fast, amazing stuff

I love the brand simply due to the quality and obvious amount of effort it takes to design each garment. Materials are top notch, cuts (= wearability) are top notch, and not even mentioning the aesthetic.

Bought some clothing items. The quality is stellar. Good communication, solid packaging. You get what you ordered and it gets to you pretty quick, considering this is a small operation with hand made products.

One day I will only wear enfin leve. I have 3 pieces and I love them all. My recent purchase was the "uhain graphene shell jacket" - you can tell they spent a lot of time refining it. It does fit a bit bigger than I was expecting. I'm a 42 chest, athletic build, I typically fit their size "L" jackets, but this one fits a bit oversized - fyi.
