The three warrant card wallets I received were not of satisfactory quality. The leather and the badges all had a cheap appearance which looked more like flimsy props than something crafted with care and skill. They didn't seem anywhere near worth the asking price.
I decided to return the items but the seller refused to refund my postage which I was entitled to get back.
He had a really rude, defensive and snarky tone when I contacted him over email. He told me that his business wasn't a 'lending library', as if somehow consumer law didn't apply to him?
Suffice to say, he has wasted my time and refuses to give me the refundable amount in full.
He told me outright lies about consumer law and claimed his warrant card holders are all 'made to order', when they are clearly not.
He was willing to tell every lie he could to get out of paying me back the postage cost he's statutorily obliged to.
I'd recommend avoiding buying from this business, which is a shame because I like to support small businesses where I can, however the customer service here was nothing but atrocious.

Having traded for a number of years and received many hundreds of 4 star reviews on EBay & our own website it was inevitable that we’d , eventually, come across a thoroughly unpleasant, malicious & dishonest customer.
This man is that Customer.
He has to hide behind a fictional username, rather than his real name. Check out his other reviews he’s posted on Trustpilot…he seems to spend his time leaving negative reviews for small businesses. This is hardly conducive with his comment that he “likes to support small businesses “.
He is a complete time waster, orders products he has no intention of keeping and misuses returns processes.
He , obviously, has no idea of the Consumer Law that he accuses me of ignoring.
This malicious review stems from being refused multiple return postage refunds relating to a buyer change of mind.
Consumer Law does not require a seller to refund postage, when the requested return is , simply , a change of mind. Return postage IS refunded, if there is an issue with an item “not as described “ or damaged goods. Hence his changing his reason for return from “found a better price “ ( impossible, as we are the only seller offering the specific product) to , dishonestly, criticising the quality of the purchased product.
Despite the untruths contained in his review, our products are of excellent quality, as confirmed by the many hundreds of 4 star reviews left by satisfied Customers on Amazon, EBay and our own website.
Despite his unwarranted assertion to the contrary, our products ARE bespoke, as each wallet is individually assembled in our Derbyshire Workshop and checked for quality, prior to despatch.
This person appears to buy online products with the express intention of returning them, causing online sellers to incur selling fees /commissions on EBay. He misuses the returns process by lying about the reason for returns. He seems to glean a perverse pleasure in doing so and leaving negative reviews for other businesses sellers. He should know better , as he also sells on eBay under the name fire_saga, so is aware of the impact that negative reviews can have on a business. He seems to revel in doing so.
In short, his review is so dishonest and malicious as to be worthless . It seems that he, and the Truth, will forever be Strangers…
Products are top quality and as described. The owner Chris went above and beyond when the original order got lost be EVRI, actually hand delivered them in the end. Highly recommended.
