Amazing staff who go above and beyond

The young man that I spoke with was absolutely amazing. I was so worried about calling and had been putting it of for ages because I was so scared of losing my home. If everyone who answered the phone was like him, I'd have called every month. I can't praise him enough.

A pleasant experience speaking to the person who answered the phone.
We went through security and she was able to answer my questions efficiently.
She was also very compassionate and listened to what i had to say.

I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional service I received from Engage Credit throughout my remortgage process. The team was consistently helpful, responding promptly to all my queries and efficiently providing any information requested.
The customer service was highly reliable across all the advisors I interacted with. Most recently, Abi handled my queries with a professional, friendly, and welcoming approach, always taking the time to address my concerns without being dismissive. This level of service was consistently demonstrated by other advisors as well, indicating a standardised and genuinely customer-focused approach, a rarity in the industry today.
