The best deal also bonus credit attracted me.

After doing a compare the market Engie came up the best company with the best deals so I switched; anything to save money on our bills, also what drew me to change was the bonus credits, this made it even more enticing to join. Thank you

Have been without power for 6 days…

Have been without power for 6 days after being told it was successfully connected. Worst support when asking to speak with someone rather than live chat. All I’ve been told is that my issue has been escalated. Not the best way to start moving from interstate with no where else to go.
