By far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They had me arrange for an independent plumber to come to the property which cost me $80 and then they told me that was incorrect advice. They passed me around from department to department. I spoke to ATCO and they said everyone that works for Engie is based in the Phillipenes and have no idea what they are doing and are by far the worst gas provider.

They signed me up to the wrong address and didn’t even get my name right. I’m left without power on a rural property and when there’s no power the pumps to the tanks don’t work so I have no water either. Signed up on 3 April and two weeks later I still don’t have power.

Genuinely the worst experience i have had with any form of service, i have spent hours and hours to resolve issues, i have been lied to by operators, most recent lie was i requested my email be removed as it had been hacked and correspondence be via mobile, the operator said email was removed then immediately afterward i receive an email from engie.
There are too many many issues i have faced to write them all not just service issues i had multiple billing issues
I encourage everyone not to go through engie

My bill was astronomical.
When I queried it, the company said that!I changed my plan to peak rather than off-peak.
Who in their right mind would do that?
They are un helpful and rude.
I had to go to the ombudsman.
