FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
I am uk based online retailer doing small business, from this company one guy name Erwan Collet French guy contacted me about to making the website and all. I have read this company reviews it was not that good but the guy erwan was so sweet speaking guy so after 5 to 7 telephoninc meeting he convinced me and i have given the work to this company, after giving the work cmpany coleagues are showing their colours ,
1 after months still my website is not live, they promised me that if website is not live in 8weeks i can cancel the contract but i can not able to now and money is deducting from my account every month
2 project manager named Ruchika khaitan did 3 to 5 meetings on zoom but never get reply on time work is alwasy delayed and never get work as per my expectations , even website banner size can not be resized.
3 i contacted many times erwan Collet , and ask for cancel the contract he keep trying to convincing me and he wante me to not to leave we assure you all will be done and nothing is done yet
4 after 3 months of work given i was keep calling erwan so he arranged meeting with his manager named jesse quainoo and he done metting with me and give me assurance that your work will be done soon and for delay we will compensate for you and he promise me to give me email copy of my contract and all but again one more lie to me i never get anything in email
5 I request who all are reading this review please please do not give your improtatnt time and money to this company this is big scam and they all are same , keep blaiming to each other and kick you like passing the football
This is my humble request to all the readers please Builder.ai or Engineer.ai is big fraud company and I lost 400£ and i told them many times to cancel the contract but now one is replying so please guys beware of this fraud fraud fraud scam scam scam
