I didn't receive my order for over a…
I didn't receive my order for over a month and i feel you could have been more informative to me about the delay. When the order came i also did not receive notification as to when it was arriving, which is usual practice for most companies i have dealt with. I know that there were other parties involved with this order but even so i do not feel the customer should be left trying to fathom out what why and when the order is being processed. Poor communication all round i feel. You need to improve comms is how i am left feeling.

Good experience using Engineering & Gauge. One of the items ordered was out of stock, but I was contacted promptly to arrange an alternative. When delivered, I found a mistake with one of the gauges (it had been marked on the box as incorrectly as a larger range). This was rectified quickly by Paul who personally collected and dropped off the replacement.

Lack of communication
After placing my order, I received an email confirmation of my order and was told I would be notified when my items were sent.
I was not told when my items shipped and I received no tracking information.
My parcel just turned up via FedEx one day, for such delicate & expensive items I like to know when my delivery is scheduled, so I can be in when they are delivered, just so happens I was!

The 'Shop' app they use is a pile of crap. Ended up mailing them for delivery details, where a wonderful helpful lady called Megan dealt with everything promptly and efficiently.
