Need better quality sewing thread...It frays!

I got myself a hawkeye leather jacket and it has been good overall. The one annoying issue I see so far is the sewing thread fraying all over in the seems and joints. I mitigate it by burning it in and try to keep it contained from tearing off.

EngineHawk Team, please step up to the higher quality of threads that is used for stitching up these jackets.

Appalling company and not very good…

Appalling company and not very good products and same for ruroc. Iv bought a predator hoodie, zips Broke and not that much wind protection. I bought an atlas 4 core ruroc helmet, only looks good the rest is poor and your best off with another brand with a good reputation. Customer service is appalling, and never ever buy a gift card as the codes are invalid and customer service fail solve it or reply. Appalling company.

Easily the nicest and best quality…

Easily the nicest and best quality jacket I've ever purchased. I got the renegade women's jacket for half price during the black Friday deal. Ordered on Tuesday night and received Friday afternoon. Everything from the packaging/ box/ zips/ to the hanger loop (which is a chain) - all premium quality. I could not be happier. I went with a size 2 and I'm glad I did as I'll be able to layer 👍🏻 Thankyou!!

Worth every penny!

Ordered an armoured leather jacket from Enginehawk and I cannot express how pleased I am with it, the quality and attention to detail really shines through and it really looks the part too! Not to mention the handy discount that I managed to use. The shoulder and elbow armour makes you feel a lot safer when out on your bike and the additional back armour is a must have, keep it up guys!

Discount any Lower than Average Reviews about Enginehawk

Since Engine Hawk is a fledgling company and may have back-ordered some products last year. A few reviews on Trustpilot showcase some dissatisfied customers. I am here to say Enginehawk was amazing!! I ordered my jacket three days ago and it came today. I got the Redemption and it blows my mind. Its quality is beyond belief! If you are considering Engine Hawk I would highly suggest them. I am a customer for life :)

Fantastic jacket and great packaging!

Bought a .50 CAL XL leather jacket on Sunday 28/08 and it got delivered in 4 days by FedEx. First of all, the presentation of the jacket was just superb. It was packed in a nice presentation box with quality packaging material. More importantly, the jacket itself is of great quality and fits great. Overall a great product and great experience of dealing with this company.

Not received my jacket I ordered on 20/8 and by the looks of it I won’t be receiving it judging from the reviews i have just cancelled it anyway as I doubt there worth the hassle it was a present for a birthday last week but it’s been and gone and I have bought something else so not purchasing from incompetent company that send an email apologising and smugly telling me I will love the product when I receive it , no I won’t cause your clearly selling stock you DONT Have read your reviews the latest ones are not looking good for you if I had read them before ordering I wouldn’t of ordered and if other people read before buying and see your 1 star reviews your gonna lose lots of customers….. sort yourself out before you business is ruined due to incompetent staff/management

I should have learnt after my first…

I should have learnt after my first experience of extremely slow delivery and no customer service.

This time however slightly different still awful customer service. So jacket ordered they pull you in with great looking jackets no denying that. So nothing for two weeks so I emailed. Next day I was told 3-5 days would be dispatched. Nothing after another week so another email. This time a manager replied saying they couldn’t see why there was a delay and they would deal with it straight away. Next day got an email saying no stock order cancelled refund issued takes 5 days. If refund isn’t in by 5 days please contact us as we can’t see funds. Oh they did give me a 20% apology discount code, only issue is all their jackets are discounted so can’t use it on already discounted jackets. Some apology lesson learnt no matter how fantastic the jackets I won’t be ordering again.

Dreadful company with no apparent organisation and awful customer service.

I ordered a jacket and was provided a delivery date. The delivery date came and went..: no jacket.

Contacted enginehawk and after more broken promises I ditched it for a refund.

Poor service start - finish

I placed an order for a jacket and when ordered, it was showing in stock, and shipping within 24 hours.

Needless to say like many others here, a week later nothing was shipped.

I sent numerous emails and chats on Facebook messenger and was told it won't be long, that the systems have changed causing delays, that there were stock issues, only to then be told it'll be another 2-3 weeks. I therefore cancelled the order and then it took another week or so for a refund,

It seems the aim of the company is to get everything sold and money in, and then worry later about how to get out the products. For products which are more expensive that others from a premium brand, the customer service is horrendous and not what you'd expect.

They have spent too much money on a flashy sales website, but not enough on actually fulfilling the orders and the infrastructure required to do so.

Its a shame as I love some of the products, however I will never order from them ever again.

Top tip for management, stick to what you are good at. Continue to create cool products, however sell them through Amazon and let them do the fulfilment for you!

Avoid doing business with them, failure to deliver, terrible, unresponsive, customer service.

I order the Iron Head Reloaded jacked on the 02/07/2022 (2nd July), looked like a nice jacket, it was on sale, and I had discovered Engine Hawk as a brand some time last year and was curious. They are a new brand like Ruroc, and normally I would cut a new start some slack, especially a UK based business, shop local and all that. From what I can tell most people seem happy with the actual quality of the jackets, it is just the terrible customer service that is killing the experience for everyone, including myself.

What did it for me today is that I just cannot excuse blatant lies to my face from customer service representatives, how customers are treated tells you a lot about a business, and this one isn't going to last very long at this rate, especially when you have paid for a product / service and it is not received.

My delivery was dispatched with FedEx on 05/07/2022, Engine Hawk failed to provide FedEx an invoice for this delivery and it was subsequently returned to them. My order was then re-dispatched with FedEx on the 06/07/2022, and on the 07/07/2022 the order was cancelled by Engine Hawk.

All of this is without any reason provided or contact with me, I have had to contact FedEx in order to find out as much information as I have (invoice not provided etc), however no reasoning behind the cancelling of my order mid-delivery.

Now unlike many other reviews below, I have had some minimal contact from their customer service via email, but this has not been helpful and has only served to anger me more. When provided with the above information, tracking numbers, delivery cancelled, screenshots etc, their customer service team proceeded to tell me to be patient, and that my order is still on its way, providing me with my original tracking number that clearly shows the order was returned to them, bearing in mind that wasn't even the new tracking number for the re-dispatched.

Incompetent at best, actual malicious theft and deception at worst.

So I am left at present without knowing the status of my order, where it is, when it will be delivered (if ever?).

Even if the quality of the jacket is amazing, I do not think I could recommend anyone actually do business with this company given the experience I myself have had and many others before me.

Amazing product and customer service

I’ve read a lot of of negative reviews about really bad customer service with customers having to wait a long time for goods.
I ordered my Mother Trucker jacket and within a few days it was delivered via Fedx.
The quality, style and fit of the jacket is brilliant, as was the discounted price.
I would definitely recommend this product

emailed them 4 times over multiple days, didn’t get a single response. Had an issue with my order and it was not resolved at all just been completely ignored, no other way to contact them except email. Stay away from these guys!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, constantly advertising jackets as in stock but after months of trying to order they are always out of stock when attempting to purchase. After contacting customer service they either don't respond or have no clue when jackets will be in stock.

Ordered on 6/06 supposed to be delivered on 8/06. Today is 15/06 and it’s not even dispatched. Contacted support, they said that somebody will be in touch with me and 2 days later no sign of any email from them. Bit annoying that they just lie about delivery times …
