Delivered the wrong item in July, I have been trying to return it since then and it’s now November.
Email communications terrible, phone contact number is US Artificial Intelligence. I’ve tried to raise a complaint and cannot.

No response, no Exchange , No refund. Very poor customer service I ordered a Nike England football shirt…
I ordered a Nike England football shirt on 13th October 2026 (order number 279-6660-8564). By mistake I selected child size M instead of adult size M. The return portal wouldn't let me process a return and told me to contact customer service.
When I did, I was told an exchange or refund wasn't possible because the shirt is "personalised". It isn't. I didn't choose or request any custom printing. I bought it exactly as listed on your website, with the name "Gordon" already printed (product ID 204391949). I sent a screenshot as proof.
I made contact just four days after delivery. The shirt is unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached. I offered to pay the return postage myself and simply asked for an exchange to the adult size or a full refund.
I've since phoned and emailed, and I have had no reply at all, even weeks later. Being ignored like this is unacceptable, especially when the product is a standard listing and not a custom order.
I'm very disappointed and would not recommend ordering from this store unless you're certain you'll never need to return anything.
