Four months of delays, then a cancellation and a refund that never arrived
I ordered the England Nike x Palace Pre Match Top on 12 June 2026. Over the next two months I got delays and vague "still processing" emails telling me not to contact them for updates. On 1 September the order was cancelled because the item was out of stock.
The shirt is now only available on resale sites from £125, nearly double what I paid. When I raised this, I was told they can't match resale prices. I was offered a £100 voucher and a 25% code instead, but only one code can be used per order, so both are effectively useless, especially for a store I won't order from again.
The refund was confirmed as issued on 1 September but never arrived. I chased several times and got replies from different people and teams. One came in Spanish from Barnsley FC's store, addressed to the wrong name. I was repeatedly told it was "stuck in the system" and "escalated". None of my questions were ever answered, and there was no sign my complaint reached anyone senior.
I had to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back. For such a large organisation, this is a poor way to treat fans who just want to support the team. I won't be ordering from here again.

Royal Mail delivers as fast as always
All is fine, but i had paid some money for delievery at September, 30 instead October, 2 and get my parcel at October, 3.

The item sizing is totally wrong!! This football top would only fit a5/6 year old and not an 8-10! I have wasted £79 and my grandson does not have the birthday present he wanted!!
