They manage to dress themselves up like a UK company, but they are actually based in Scandanavia and then ship from China.
Takes an age for them to despatch, then even longer for shipping. Order in plenty of time for Christmas - still waiting.
Detailed tracking costs each time you do it to !
All but a scam. Maybe the item will arrive early in Jan, although estimated date I have been told on tracking is 5-6 April 2022 !!! What a joke
Emailed them, and they are very sorry... Hmmm...

Christmas order never arrived
I thought ordering on the 12th December would be plenty of time for Christmas delivery given the information on their website. Clearly not, the items never arrived!

Avoid this company at all cost
Do not touch this company with the proverbial barge pole. The name makes you think they are a UK company. They are based in Sweden, but supply from China. I ordered my product on 12th Dec. I asked for an update and get repeatedly told its in transit. In fact it's sitting in an airport in mainland China. Their cust services are useless. They have even taking to replying to me in Swedish.
They refuse a refund and tell me to return it once I receive it for a refund. No way I do not want their product now.
They now reply to every email I send with exact same reply every time now.
I will be going to credit company used to pay for this and raising a formal complaint.

Expensive, poor service
Extremely slow to dispatch (I ordered 8 days ago, apparently it was dispatched this morning - coincidentally, a few hours after I emailed asking to cancel the order), and charges far, far more than you can get items elsewhere! I was sucked in by an ad in a Christmas rush and am kicking myself
