Teachers are great, the self-study materials are not boring and very useful. I really enjoy them, and I can find group classes whenever I need. It's really convenient for me because I don't have much time to spend on my education.

Private tutors should focus on the topics we should cover.

it´s a little difficult, but the lessons are very enriching, the teacher ask me a lot in group calls.
It would be excellent if there was a zero level for those who don't know any english.
If you start from scratch it costs you a lot.

Basically, everything is being awesome, the teachers, the group class, the way to explain every topic. I just have a complain: it's a little bit frustrating when you have to be repeating the voice note because the system doesn't identify it right.

It's really easy to learn English with EF.

I was offered this service by a really nice lady, however she didn't give me the full and proper information about the cancellation terms and conditions. When she told me if I cancel my service I will be charge 30% of the rest of the month before the year, I told her then I didn't want the service 'cause I wanted to able to try it first and if I didn't like it, I could be able to cancel with no penalty. Then she said I was able to try it for 90 days with no charge, she didn't give me any other requirement. Just the 90 days to try the service. When I reached to customer service to cancel, they said I will be charge more than $200 as penalty, the agent's name are agents Aranza V. e Israel F. They only said: that's on the policy... and there is nothing they can do to help. If a rep from the company gives you the info to sell you the service you normally trust them. You don't expect to receive false information.
I'm willing to change my review if I receive help from someone that really have the intention to help and give a fair solution.
