The first photos are all in bloom. The actual bush is sent without bloom. When ordering I wrote to leave the rose in the front porch if out. The delivery company were not aware of this, so I had to tell them too.

Bought a rose for my Wife and it was very easy to do online, it came really well packaged and in very good condition. All the paperwork was useful and the gift card intact

An absolute pleasure to deal with your company - I realised I had missed a word off my gift card and this was so swiftly dealt with. The rose was a 40th birthday present for my niece, it arrived with me on time to take to her, well packaged and she is delighted with it. Look forward to it being in bloom.

This is the second rose I have purchased from English Roses. Both times I have been delighted with the excellent quality of the rose, the wicker basket, presentation, packaging and customer service. Rose arrived when scheduled each time. Everything was like clockwork.

I received a gift token from a friend to choose a rose for myself which was lovely. I could then choose a delivery day, and the rose arrived on that day. Looks like a lovely healthy specimen, looking forward to Spring to get it planted out.

Was kept up to date about delivery. Wanted a beautiful orange rose in remembrance of my sister who sadly passed away three days before Christmas. Orange was her favorite colour. Was well packaged and very happy with rose
