I ordered a gift for my daughter that never arrived. I got a tracking number & when no parcel turned up had to contact the carrier (£20 in phone calls) & was told they had tried to deliver once & left a card. No card was left & by the time i got hold of them it had gone back to the supplier. I could have it shipped back out again for another £15

Worst communication and information ( LACK THERE OF ) I've EVER experienced from a company in all of my life. I've attempted ballpark 7 times to get an ETA for an item I purchased my daughter for a graduation gift. The last customer service agent had the nerve to tell me it's "NOW OUT OF THEIR HANDS" and the responsibility of the shipping company. I can understand that to a certain degree, but they beat around the bush every single time I ask for an ETA. NEVER ONCE have they given me a straight answer. It's beyond frustrating when you blindly trust a new online company and it turns out like this. I strongly recommend looking ANYWHERE ELSE for a comparable item...
Scam. Item ordered. Nothing happened except a tracking number which states "on its way to USPS." No response from business. Stay away from this business! I wish you had a "zero stars" rating........
I purchased a present for my daughter, got a tracking number and that number has not left or made any movement. It has been over two weeks. I have contacted the company and they do not respond. I notice that FaceBook has a plethora of bad reviews. I wish I would have seen it sooner. Not to be trusted.
I was in the hospital visiting a loved when an ad for Engraved-gifts wooden watches came up on Facebook. I went to the site and thought one of the watches would be a perfect gift for my son at this challenging point in his life. I ordered the watch weeks before Christmas. And waited. And waited. And waited. January 13, I wrote to ask what was going on. 6 emails later, I finally got a response from someone at the sompany, thanking me for my patience and telling me the watch would arrive within the next two weeks. A subsequent email told me that even that later deadline would also be missed. It’s January 21 and still no watch. Customer service at this company is virtually non-existent. The two replies I received were so unresponsive to my concerns and complaints as to be disrespectful. There’s lots of places on the ‘Net to spend your money. I wouldn’t spend any of it here.
