The package arrived open so I was able to smell it. The smells are horrible !!! They smell like old cheese and once I contacted them about it. They immediately said no refunds!! The bottles was opened already and used. They said no refunds and I contacted BBB in regards to this issue.

Fraud company. I've told them for two months to stop charging my card and to cancel the subscription and they are still just charging away on my card. Doesn't matter how many emails I send. They won't cancel it and stop charging me. I haven't even received any order they supposedly sent past my first order. So now I've been charged 3 times for items I never got.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. The perfume is crap and they will continue to charge you for shipments even after you have canceled everything possible on their website. This is the second time I’ve had to deal with this company. I’m notify the better business bureau.

I purchased one of the scents not knowing that by purchasing, you are automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription plan of $30 for 1 scent. (They hid the enrollment plan) (which I never saw). I received a second bottle for $29.99 that I did not order and now it is very hard to get them to cancel “subscription” and get a refund. They only want to give me 35% back. They won’t send me proof that I enrolled. They won’t cancel it. They skate around my request of cancelling and full refund. SCAM company to say the very least. I am filing complaints with State Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and whoever else I can send my complaint to.

Absolutely disgusting smelling products!! These products smelled like an old lady who dumped an entire bottle of perfume on themselves to cover up the smell of urine. Immediately gave me a headache and I threw up. I threw the products in the GARBAGE. Worst $30.00 ever spent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Waste of money. The first order I received was wrong. One of the bottles had leaked. The package said it came from China, not the USA which I pointed out to one of their representatives. Very suspicious if you ask me. On April 3rd, 2025, $29.99 was automatically taken from my debit card WITHOUT my consent and MORE disgusting products were sent. The second package came from USA. Strange 🤔 I've requested several times that my subscription, one that I didn't consent to, be cancelled and that I get reimbursed the $29.99 that was stolen from my account without my consent/authorization. They have yet to comply. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau and reported them as a fraudulent company.

****If you read this and you have recently purchased products from this company..... Take screenshots of EVERYTHING. They will add you to a subscription/membership WITHOUT your consent and continue to charge your card and send you MORE products. They'll also offer 10%, 20% off of their products as an "acceptable" replacement for your inconvenience. They refuse to refund/reimburse you as well, even though they know they're in the wrong. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Cancel your card IMMEDIATELY or they will continue to charge and scam you with no resolve.****

They will sign you up for a "free subscription" without info about this subscription at all. There's no way to cancel it, and they charge 30$/mo for NOTHING. Don't buy from them!!!!

I ordered 4 items from Enhanced Scents and I couldn't stand the smell of any of them. Gave me an instant headache! My husband hated the scent too. I contacted E. S. for a refund and they refused. They offered me 20% off another purchase!! I don't want what I already bought from them now, why would I purchase anything else from them??? Save your money. Smells bad and service is terrible.

They don’t deserve a 1 rating. This is a scam company. I placed one order. The product is mediocre. But for the next two months they continued to use my card info to send additional overpriced product. I contacted them multiple times for a refund and that I never agreed to a “membership” or ongoing shipments. Only recently have they agreed o stop future auto shipping but won’t refund my money ($80) even though I returned their perfume. At least I know they won’t get any more money because I cancelled that card.

I received ONE of the two products I paid for. I have tried numerous times to contact and get a refund that I absolutely 100% deserve with zero reply. Also the product does NOT work. I absolutely do not recommend, ladies you’re getting SCAMMED!

Don’t wast your money. Although they have pleasant scents they are no more than a lightly scented oil. It doesn’t last and after trying three different samples I have gotten no reaction from my husband or any other man. My Chanel perfume gets a much better reaction.

I'm still getting shipments when I have contacted support to cancel my order. When I logged in to the website to cancel my order originally, the system stated that I have no subscription to manage. This is why I contact support. They sent me an email asking if I wanted 10.00 off. I said no, please cancel. They still drafted my account with the 10.00 discount. This company is a scam.

Perfume was ok.. though customer support was slow they resolved my issue and sent me another perfume instead of refund.

SCAM! They added me to a subscription of nasty smelling oil and when I wanted to return it, they refused. I didn't realize I was on a subscription until the second month. I ordered a product and wanted to return it, and they won't tell you how to return it.

Scam scam scam. I did not sign up for the subscription... who pays 30 dollars for one bottle of nasty smelling oil. Then when u dispute it they swear you signed up for a subscription when I know damn well I didnt. Wack ass money hungry scamming ass trifling company

They are charging your card without your permission, creating a false order and taking your money and don't want to do any refunds, only 10$. Fraud!!!

Scent did not work. Smells good. Oh and by the way, they sign you up for a subscription that is $30 a month. Called and they told me I should have read the disclosure. Don’t ever remover there being a disclosure. Won’t refund my money. Will not use ever again.

Awful service! 1 have left messages and emailed, no response. They have added me to auto subscription without permission. The fragrances are terrible. Give you a headache.

Scam!!! Totally BIG S C A M!!! They charged me again that I didn't order! Plus they're sent is awful smells flowery,smells kinda old perfume from blast from the past! Please don't order, they hired an actors to do they marketing video on social media. But the scents wasn't great and totally they deceiving you! Not working AT ALL!!! IT TOOK me a week waiting for them to cancel and yet I did not sign up for any subscription! No way!

This company is a complete fraud. If you buy from them ONE time you get scammed into a subscription without agreeing. They will continously charge your card over and over. Canceled six times and had to file disputes with credit company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
