$ 89.92 ! ! ! one month supply? Not worth $ 19.95, maybe $ 12.00.
Foolishly I bit on the $ 4.95 trial bottle offer. Two weeks later they hit up my acct. for $ 89.92. Before ordering, I searched four websites I found on my BING search : enhancemindiq .com/.net/.org and even supplementpolice.com., as it seemed possibly connected. I searched, to the point of exhaustion, for details RE; pricing, conditions, terms or expectations ; I found nothing. I then assumed such information would arrive with the product and/or be forthcoming via e-mail; none of that occurred. A small white box (3"x2.5"x5.5") arrived containing bottle and pre-printed return label. Nothing else came in the box and there've been no e-mails at all. The return label explains needfulness of "RMA-#" ( Return Merchandise Authorization number ) to be obtained thru' toll-free customer support ph. #(# is also on bottle ). Thru' a very bad phone connection I learned that CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS THIRD PARTY and all they could offer me is a mailing address to which I may forward any concerns. After struggling to understand and write down the mailing address given me over the bad phone connection, I realized it is the same return street address as on the small white box, only a different dept. or drawer. At first, I was comforted by the toll-free CS#; but, really, what's the point ? ; it's just window dressing. Just as the "Norton Gaurantee" # was, I suppose, I haven't gone down that avenue just yet. After learning about the bank activity I went back to the websites I'd scoured before and, by God, on the dot .com site there is a new link for "terms and conditions". Not on yet the dot .org nor the dot .net sites, this new link spells out the Two-week window prior to springing a "subscription" on unsuspecting suckers, like me, who bite on the $ 4.95 hook. I'd like a supply of the product, for maybe $ 12 or less.
