I ordered what was described on their video ad as a 2pc pack of jellykins. 13.99 for a 2 pack. I ordered 2 2packs. They sent only 1 pack (which had 2 items) . I reached out MULTIPLE times about this and im being told I received what I ordered ( i did but it wasn't complete) Never again will I order anything from them. They are extremely deceiving. I've requested my money back or my complete order......STILL WAITING

I placed an order #7329M588715 on 8/3/26 and the tracking advised it arrived on 8/28/26. The item never arrived. I finally checked on status today and discovered the item was reported as delivered but it never did arrive.
