Enjoybot battery not accepting charge. Followed instructions, purchased second charger, balanced and wired according to procedure, no resolution. Several weeks, no replacement for battery, now no response to my last e-mail.

Great battery at a great price Charger and battery monitor work well too. Monitor set up not difficult but used Youtube to help. Golf cart goes 30-35 miles on a charge. Very pleased. We do have hills so they could do better without the hills.

Several items came from CHINA. The web site states from American warehouses.

The online invoice shows that everything was delivered on April 1, but, in fact there were 2 seperate shipments. The latest shipment arrived April 10.

I do not have any issues with the products.

So far, I am not impressed. Customer service is supposed to be 24/7, but I cannot get a response. I ordered 4 batteries and cannot get them to charge with the supplied charger from Enjoybot. Hopefully, I will receive feedback soon. Time will tell. I will post everyday until I get this resolved.

So far everything I read in other reviews was equal to my experience. It came well packed and was delivered in a timely manner after the purchase.

My 4 -12VDC - 280 AH batteries were fine until we left some urban dwellers in our house while we were gone. 5 days of cloudy weather and the batteries shut down,. I did not understand how to get them back up when I returned . Several folks expressed fire concerns, as did I. Finally pulled them out. Took them into town and recharged them at Shop with a regular Auto battery charger. Re- Installed now and working fine. Runs my 3,600 Sg Ft off grid house. Cheers

Ordering and shipping was easy and pain free. Battery arrived undamaged. Mother nature has prevented giving the battery performance a good test.

Great packaging, perfect shipping, put them right on my new lithium charger and they charged right up overnight. I just hooked them up to level the charge. I will install them in my boat tomorrow. Can’t wait to use them !!!!!!!!

Website was straight forward and understandable to select the needed battery and was delivered within 4-5 days. It was wrapped well with proper instructions to maximize the longevity of the battery for use as well. Overall very happy with the quality and value of the battery

Bought 4 batteries for a golf cart and after 6 months one has gone bad. Have completed every "fix" the Company asked me to do and still a bad battery, imagine that. After several email, 2 videos, because no one answers the phone anywhere I am bu,ing a barrety from another LiPo4 company. Buyer beware buy another brand.
