EZ_GO 48 volt , What a difference . My golf Cart has wings now !!!! Everything worked ! Took a week to fully charge the Battery . Very Very Happy
No more mess or checking water level or cleaning battery cables or Terminals !!!

This is just for the purchase experience since I’ve yet had time to install. The ordering and customer service was spot on quick and friendly!!

Amazing company.

I purchased a four pack of 12 V 100 amp power lithium, iron phosphate batteries. The batteries were great The only problem is you have to charge them individually first which means you need one charger or four chargers, and they have to be done individually or all at once with four chargers.. then you have to balance the batteries to make sure they’re in equilibrium. After all that you’re allowed to use them, but the problem I’m having is the charger that is supposed to charge all four batteries that I bought from enjoybot does not work. Nonetheless, the customer service is responsive, but they are on China time. Therefore here in the US you will only get responses roughly 4 days a week.! Additionally you will get a response very early in the morning when you are sleeping and then when you reply back, you will not hear until the next day. There’s no way around this and there’s no other way to contact customer service via phone. This is not good.

I removed 6 batteries weighing 60 pounds and replaced them with one weighing less than 60 pounds, thus reducing the weight by 300 pounds. Only problem, I had to modify the battery area so the new one would fit.

So far the battery is working great. Easy installation.

Perfect customer service. I ordered a 48v charger. Afterthe order was placed i discovered that they offered a water proof version for an extra 60 collars. Contacted Enjoybot and they handled everything. Charger is perfect and small. Enjoybot rocks!!!

Battery came in 5-7 days, like it said. It was boxed really well. Just finished hooking it up and everything is working fine. Setting up the monitor was a little tricky, watched you tube and followed him setting the amps/voltage. Was wondering what the correct numbers should be. Do not want to mess up the battery. Time to try it out.

Very impressed how quickly my batteries came I got them two days after ordering. The batteries came packaged in heavy cardboard box and molded foam covering. Very impressed with delivery time, Packaging and quality of product!!

Product was delivered on time and in good condition. Support was very good. Knowledgeable & helpful people. A good experience.

The battery is great it works very well so far. The only thing I don't like is in order to use the app you have to agree to location and camera use. This should be an optional option.

I purchased to run electronics on my boat. Have run it for almost 2 months. My electronics have never looked so clear and have never ran so flawless an entire day until I connected to this battery. Night and day difference from using flooded group 31 batteries. I fish tournaments and run 3 units with 360 and livescope and have never ran it below 55%. And got it for the best price that I could find. I will soon start here looking for my trolling motor battery.

Was shipped a bad battery. Reached out to exchange it for a another battery. Customer service then told me I have to go through there diagnosis before returning or exchanging. I don't believe this should be a customers responsibility to diagnose a electrical issue without proper knowledge & experience. Then proceeded to tell me that I can return it for a full refund but they will not cover return shipping cost. Cost to ship it back is $80.

I installed the batteries last week and have not charged them for four days, I have driven my golf cart for two days just in the neighborhood and it still has maintain a good charge . The batteries installed easy. I will be installing a battery meter and a horn and lights and I will follow up with more information on how they do. Definitely like the 10 year warranty!
The only recommendations I would make are on charger selection because you have to charge each battery individually if you buy four pack or a two pack and then parallel balance, the four or two. This should be clearly stated, and you should not have to go through rabbit holes to find this information as a normal consumer would not know where to look. Therefore, I ended up buying the 58 V to charge all four as well as a 14.6 V to charge individually when balancing is needed.
