While significantly more complex to formulate and produce, we prioritise this approach to maximise effectiveness and support consistent, reliable results. In 2024 and early 2025, growth came faster than we were prepared for, and as a small team, things quickly got out of control on the fulfilment side. Orders were delayed or not delivered, which led to a wave of negative reviews. This was a logistics failure—not a reflection of our product quality—but we take full responsibility for the experience customers had. Since mid-2025, we’ve rebuilt our fulfilment systems, improved delivery times, and strengthened customer support to ensure this doesn’t happen again. The Drop today remains driven by the same mission: providing a differentiated, high-bioavailability approach to supplementation through liquid tinctures and gummies, designed to optimise absorption, support cognitive clarity, and enhance overall mental performance.

i ordered this product (happy gummies) not expecting much effect to occur, however after a month of taking the recommended dosage per day, i have felt that this has effected my mental health and honestly changed my life for the better. Amazing customer service and support, as well as an amazing, effective product that i will now use for the rest of my life.

No product received and I have tried multiple times to get a refund, but nothing more than at times someone replies that the product will shortly be sent.

Amazing customer service
I recently had an issue with my order where I received the wrong product I reached out to them via social media and Michael was incredibly helpful and kind. He quickly arranged to resend my order with the correct item and even processed a refund! so I ended up not paying for either set of gummies. I’m extremely satisfied with how this was handled and will definitely be ordering again. Fantastic customer service!

Brilliant products!
I've used both the stress and sleep gummies, as well as the happy minddrops, and I can't recommend them enough! They’ve made such a difference for me. I really hope the drops will be back in stock soon. I haven’t been able to find a way to order them.

No Product
Absolutely disgraceful conduct by this company. There was a problem with my 1st order in relation to hoe long the delivery was taking. They apologised, offered me another product free of charge with my current order. I eventually received my original order minus the free product. I have asked and have been repeatedly told it is on the way. I have since ordered two more orders since April and as of today I havent received either order. I have been refunded for 1 but nothing about the remaining order except the odd email saying its on the way. I would not recommend this company at all. Very unreliable.

As someone with ADHD, taking happy mind gummies daily has significantly reduced the mental clutter and I feel much calmer as a result.

Product not received and awful communication
Whilst I love the product the logistics behind it are severely lacking.
First order of drops were great, enjoyed the product so decided to get gummies instead. Ordered on subscription 3 x 60 gummy packs. Had to chase up delivery, eventually arrived on 25th June but only 2 x 30 gummy packs. Have attempted to get this resolved. Initially communication OK once posted on social media and promised the remaining order would be delivered that week. Still nothing about 6 weeks later and communication is sporadic and has not resolved my issue. Safe to say subscription has been cancelled and whilst originally I recommended the product to friends I would not recommend this company.

Scammers. You pay for something that’s supposed to come within a couple of days. You keep chasing them and they always say they’ve just got it and will send asap and they never do. They refuse to issue a refund either. Just another scam website.

13/08 Update to Enjoy the Drops response;
Again you have just shown how incompetent your company is - none of the products were received! You also had incorrectly noted the €19.99 product was refunded when it wasn't, so you then had to refund each product separately.
To then come on here and make false accusations - wow!

Over a month with no delivery so cancelled the order 2 weeks ago. They have noted one product as refunded - untrue, and no contact at all regarding the second product.
Where is my refund?!?!? 😡

Half of my order still hasn't arrived…
Half of my order still hasn't arrived after 5 weeks, all communications with the company are slowly answered with false promises.
The first half of my order took a month even though it said 2 - 6 days.
Don't bother buying anything here it's more hassle than its worth.
