Ordered a personalized cookbook and it turned out great! The material was very durable and the design was beautiful!

I unexpectedly discovered Enjoy The Wood when searching for a map to hang in my office. Upon discovery, I wondered if the website was a scam - it seemed too good to be true. It isn’t. It’s one of those very good things you stumble upon in life and then give thanks every day for the discovery AND tell all your friends and neighbours about.
My first interaction with customer service was in relation to a technical issue I had noticed (a zero was missing from a discount amount, so 2% instead of 20%). I received a prompt response, the error was corrected on the website and I quickly received a refund for the 18% “overpayment”. It was handled very smoothly.
I was thrilled when my map arrived - carefully packaged, safe and sound, all the way from Ukraine to Canada (where I live).
The map is exactly as pictured on the website and very well made with attention to detail and quality construction. I feel proud and blessed to have this in my office. I work in an elementary school. Students and staff are excited to see the map and place pins to represent where they come from. It is a terrific way to engage in quality conversation.

Overall pleased with the XL smoky world map we ordered. It was true to description, size and looks great on our wall. For the price though, I do wish there were stronger adhesives and more of them. We ended up having to purchase additional adhesives as a couple islands have already fallen. Also, I wish the smaller pieces would have been removed from the template and placed in a small bag. Frustrating when you break a small delicate piece after spending good money on it and waiting 3-4 wks to receive.

Stunning craftsmanship! Ordered a custom National Parks Tracker for my sister and her husband, and they absolutely loved it. The package came from Ukraine and was well-packaged and came intact when received. The package does take a little while to arrive, but the seller was very communicative and responsive to any questions and concerns I had. Would highly recommend purchasing for a unique gift for loved ones and friends!

The product looks great and is very high-quality. We love it as it (3XL size) fits perfectly on our wall. Because the wall is painted blue, it is a perfect ocean backdrop to the world map.

My only complaint is the adhesive. The pieces stick to the wall with small circular double-sided adhesives. We placed more of them on each piece than shown on the example (there were plenty of extras), but four of the largest pieces (Africa and part of Antarctica) fell from the wall overnight. We have used a stronger, more permanent adhesive to ensure those pieces stay. Thankfully, the wood was of a high enough quality that it did not get damaged falling from the wall.

We were missing a piece of our medium wall map. When the piece, along with two others I’d asked questions about, arrived two days ago, we were so pleased. We wish the owners the very best. They are working under stressful conditions but still gave wonderful customer service. Now, we put Australia a little too close to the South Pole, so moving that is our next challenge!

I thought I knew what I would be receiving. Boy was I beyond excited to open my box and see the wooden map in person. It was so much beyond and better then I expected. It is the perfect addition to my wall of adventure.

Love the map! Everyone who comes to our house loves to stop and take a look. We felt it wa as a fun family project to build the map together, helping us all learn a bit of geography during installation.

Enjoy the Wood is an amazing company with great customer service. Our dog ate of of the pieces while we ere laying it all out, and they worked with us to get the replacement part. I highly recommend Enjoy the Wood if you are interested in a giant 3d map for your wall.

First of all the craftmanship is OUTSTANDING!!!!! Secondly the customer service and the tech department is so patient and responsive. They helped me (non techy) to connect and reconnect the mobile app so it could communicate with my wifi. It is GORGEOUS!!! Everyone comments on how beautiful and inspiring it is to see where we have been and where they want to travel! TY

Very Nice map. Nice photo’s and a clear map to use. Just what I thought, only the small islands like Hawaii and caribbean island I miss because those are too small. I asked if it was possible to recieve the little islands, and they are good in communication and after that I recieved also the little islands. Very good company and the communication is very good.

Excellent piece of wall art, we ordered the medium led world map and could not be more pleased. Well made and detailed. Kept informed about where the order was at through out will certainly recommend

The map was just as described. Fantastic fitment, expensive, but quality is superior and it just looks fantastic on our wall. Shipped fast, arrived when suggested. I spent two months preparing the area it was planned for, worth the wait!
