Robbers AVOID

Robbers, they should be locked up!
I have spent £575.00 on tables and chairs with Enor home which have never been delivered since ordering in November. Mette’s response was that they are in financial difficulty and cannot honour the order. This is ridiculous- if you have the items in stock then SEND THEM. If the items do not exist, this is THEFT.

Absolutely disgraceful.

Avoid if you’re buying from the UK

Avoid if you’re buying from the UK. Ordered in 2022 and still facing the consequences.

Mette picks and chooses which emails they respond to.

They have cost me nearly £200 in customs fees as the directions they gave me to return the item was incorrect.
They told me to address the return to a named individual at their warehouse, so customs assumed this was not a returned item to a business. Therefore customs charged me £200 fees which years later I am still trying to resolve with the Danish government.
Mette’s fault. Tries to be helpful but eventually begins ignoring emails. Simple basic details that a business with international dealings should know about. Waste of time, money and energy. Unfortunately this review will remain in place as this is the reality of my experience.

I am not sure what Mette means that they have responded to all my emails. My post above was due to the fact they have since stopped responding to me, as I have emailed twice and not heard anything back, which Mette has previously done before. Ignore their response to this review. It also doesn’t change the fact that due to their error, they have cost me £200 (THE MAIN POINT OF THIS REVIEW!). Mette should contacted customs in Denmark themselves but it was all left for me to resolve, Mette wanted nothing to do with it.

To be honest, we don't know what else we can do. but if you have an email for the person you have the dialogue with at the Danish government, we will be happy to contact them. this is not a case we have experienced before.

Fantastic furniture and customer service

I ordered a table last year and dining chairs this year and they are fantastic. The quality of the products and customer service is second to none. However, it is true that they should improve the logistics for delivery as on the website it says the items will be delivered between 5 to 10 working days but it takes longer. I do appreciate that now it may be more complicated because of Brexit though and it would be acceptable as long as one is made aware of realistic timescales before purchasing. Other than that, they do have amazing furniture and Mette communicates well throughout.

Only 2 of my 3 items arrived

I ordered 3 barstools on 15 November. Mid-December, they had still not arrived and Mette was very helpful in tracking and realising that the items had been returned to them as they'd become faulty in transit. Mid-January, the items arrive but only 2 barstools out of the 3 have arrived. I've emailed so many times, tried using their chat function on Messenger - it always says "we aren't available" and tried calling but no one ever answers. I'm £162 down and one barstool missing, and £26 down on the delivery for the extra item.

I'm now having to make a credit card claim.

Beware of this company.

Continues to ignore emails instead of helping customers out.
Ordered 8 weeks ago & still no sign of the chairs.
Paid an absolute fortune for delivery & it’s still travelling round Denmark with no update from enor home.
Please do not waste your money here.

Mette is very service minded

Mette Kristensen is very responsive and quick to answer mails og phone calls, all with a personal touch. So I felt well taken care off. The products received were well packed and received in perfect order.
I warmly recommend to do business with her.

Refuses refund, incompetent

Returned some chairs, they refuse to refund the money since their warehouse is to incompetent to track packages, going to seek legal counsel. Never buy at this store.

As explained to you, the chairs you have sent back to us have never been received at the warehouse by an employee, normally when goods arrive they must be personally acknowledged, just like when you receive goods privately. We have not experienced this before, but when they have not entered our warehouse, there may have been an error with the shipping company. we are still looking into this

Beautiful solid wood furniture

I was quite interested in the solid wood furniture and so I bought a beautiful bedside table and sideboard made from mango wood to be placed in the bedroom. I am delighted with purchase and the service offered.
My order arrived very quickly and the contents of the parcel were well protected. The staff at Enorhome are very friendly and responded to my emails promptly.

Do not buy from Enor Home

I ordered 5 bar chairs from Enor Home. They emailed me and said they only sold them in pairs and I’d have to buy another one from them (despite allowing me to complete the sale for 5). I responded saying we only required 5 and I didn’t want to pay almost another £150 for a stool I couldn’t use. They responded saying that they would allow me to have 5.

I received the 5 stools on 27th March. I’d had the downstairs of my house renovated and due to delays did not move back and open one of the bar chairs until 22nd April. I realised that the backs of the chairs would not fit under my kitchen island and so messaged Enor Home via Facebook on this date asking them to exchange the chairs for ones on their website, which were cheaper. I had no response, so after a few days I emailed them. They responded saying I only had 14 days to return them. I explained the situation and said we just wanted an exchange and would even forgo the price difference. I was again told no. I replied saying that I was disappointed and I’d planned on getting other items from them, but would be getting them elsewhere. They responded saying that they would consider an exchange if I bought other items from them and to let them know what I wanted. I would recommend buying elsewhere and staying away from this company.

In response to reply below; It was 4 weeks, not 6 and a half weeks. Please check your facts. I explained why I hadn’t been able to open the chairs within the 14 days. It was through no fault of my own. You have openly admitted that you would only ‘go the extra mile’ if I was going to buy more items for you. Clearly, you could have helped, but are choosing not too.

Further response;

I contacted you via your Facebook page on 22nd April. You didn’t respond. It was therefore 3 weeks and 5 days. I’m frankly shocked that you think it’s reasonable to only assist your customers if you will financially gain from it greatly. I reiterate, you would not have lost money. I’d confirmed by email that I wanted cheaper chairs and would forgo the difference in price. You would have therefore gained from the transaction, but clearly not enough. I don’t suppose it’s occurred to you that I’ve spent £735 on chairs that I cannot use, will not be able to sell them for anywhere near the amount I paid and I’m going to have to pay for chairs that will fit?

Once again we are sorry that you will like to return after 6,5 week after you received the chairs. Our return policy is 2 weeks after you have received your order, due to our policy there is to find under over customer service. As informed to you on mail our warehouse is a transit warehouse we don’t have goods stored, so we return the goods to our suppliers when we have returns, due to a fixed timeline, we have 2 weeks return policy. The supplier is not easy to negotiate with in that matter, its hard times we are running business In.
It will be a struggle for us to have the supplier to take the products back and we will most likely loose money on this. As you informed you would buy some more furniture from us we could take that risk and try to go that extra mile for you.

We just looked into the timeline from you receive your order 27/3-23 to you write us a mail regarding you will like to return 3/5-23, its 5,5 weeks. our apologiens to to write 6,5 weeks.
still its over our policy.
as explained to you we will most likely loos money if we took the chairs back.
You informed that you would like to buy more furnitures in that connection we wold like to go that extra mile for you, as this could cover some of our losses in return

Fantastic experience, delivery & communication!

Fantastic experience with Enor Home! We had 6 dining table chairs (Rowico Sierra) arrive to the UK, perfectly packed and delivered on time. Delivery was pricey, but well worth the extra £££ for the quality - highly recommend if you are considering making a purchase.

Excellent!

Mette from Enor Home was always replying to e-mails and messages if I had any questions, the Rowico Hailey chairs I ordered came directly from Denmark and arrived in perfect condition and are as beautiful as expected, I’m very happy and would order with enor home again! :)

good product - awful communication

Delivery was delayed by weeks, as the order was not in stock. This was only told to us after ordering. No detailed information about the time of delivery, but a big song and dance with an elaborate Mail in advance threatening that delivery costs would be extra, if no one was home at delivery, a tracking link that offered no information and no reply on our request for that information.
The actual furniture was lovely though.

Hi Patrick, thank you very much for your feedback, at the time you order the chairs they was not on stock this information was on the chair under the price, WE ARE WAITING FOR THIS TO COME HOME.
the day after you placed the order, I send you a mail where I inform you when they will be back and that we follow the delivery situation, should there be changed you will be informed. There was no changes and you got a mail with track / trace link so you could follow the delivery to you. We inform all our customers about the delivery if we cannot manage to deliver within 5-10 business days.
