€38.000 for a system that costs €7.800 in materials? No thank you. They won't provide cost transparency and try to sell you overpriced security. For example 1 panel costs about €150 and if it needs to be replaced you pay maybe €300 for it to be replaced by a specialist. These panels do not break easily and have a warranty of usually a decade from the information I've received from less expensive competitors. Don't give them your money.

The process was easy with Enpal, from start to finish they delivered what they promised and on time. The installation was completed promptly and to a good standard. I have no problem recommending them to others.

At the moment, I can only evaluate how the company works with the client before signing the contract. Unlike other companies, they responded to me very quickly and quickly organized an online meeting.

At the start everything went smoot and fast from first talk to installation in a month.
BUT then problems started. Our system keep going offline they mailing us nearly daily for last 2 years that we need to reset system. They came few times to fix and change something in their box and checked internet connections and all said that is great on our side. Few months ago we opted for Wall-box. We paying for something we cannot use 90% of the time because it doesn't work. We opened 2 tickets, we got back mail that they don't have time (5 MONTHS LATER STILL NOTHING).
They NEVER keep up appointments, we had with them 10+ appointments also today and NOBODY and NOTHING called or appeared at our door. EXTREMLY UNRELIABLE COMPANY. Also there is no possibility for any type of help in English (yes we know is Germany but still you could have people that speak English, because English is also not our mother language but is universal, at least we thought so before moved to Germany).
If we could we would gladly say COME PICK THAT CRAP AND BE GONE. I don't have time and energy everyday resetting your system that doesn't work, nor we are in Germany 24/7. We will not reset it AT ALL no matter how many emails you will send to us, if you ignore us and all planned meetings then we will just simply put your emails into junk.
Definitely not recommended.

Disastrous. Made all the arrangements and the delivery never happened then total silence. You can't contact them. We just need to get out of the contract and go to a proper company.

From the very first moment Enpal assessed with the study everything went smooth and as planned, in less than 3 months everything was up and running! Customer service on top of everything!

Great company who walk you through all the steps with great products. They use local installers who are quick. We generating great power even on the cloudier days in Cape Town.

I would definitely recommend Enpal. Incredible sales team and competitive pricing. We have a 8kW inverter, two 5kWh batteries and have 12kW generation capacity of solar. These were all installed in a single day! Very well coordinated.

We were first a bit skeptical about the company but glad that everything worked out.

The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because the usage of the technology was not explained to us properly and things seemed a bit rushed. However, after speaking to a few of the local contractors in Cape Town who work with Enpal, we got up to speed after about a week or so. I think it might be an internal communication issue of expectations.

Regardless, the system is top notch quality :D

The Enpal sales professional was extremely friendly and spoke in several languages including English. The Enpal offer is extremely competitive and should be suitable for most families seeking to move to a green energy source!

I’m fully satisfied with ENPAL services. They were fully professional during the beginning and during the implementation as well. Our system does work properly, and we have a number of days when we are fully green now. Safe nature!!! Join to Enpal:)
