Behind the fog was more presence
After attending an extremely captivating mushroom tea ceremony with Rich I felt drawn to trying lions mane extract. I noticed effects after a week or so, the fog started to clear, I felt much more present, the mind quietened and I was able to catch the negative mind chatter and let it pass by. As a result of these effects i was able to focus more, especially in afternoons when my brain would often go in to shut down. I have just purchased my second jar and will continue with this journey. I feel comforted knowing that the mushrooms are carefully and sustainably sourced.

SUPER CHARGED SUPER GREENS
I have started taking the supergreens mix as a daily nutrient boost - I mix a spoon with water a make a mini super shot first thing every day! The taste is mild and really palatable but you can feel the goodness! This with my am pint of water is giving me a great energy burst. A really pure product, tastes epic!!

I have been using Enrichd products for a few years now, I love them all , Reishi for sleep and lions main for mental clarity, I wouldn’t buy them from anyone else as I know Rich sources them from the best source possible! I started with the 7 immune mix and haven’t been ill since I started taking the awesome cocktail of mushrooms.
