I've had their jewelery for years and they still look like they did day 1. Fully recommend.

The products here are so unique that are not only statement pieces, but every day wear! shipping was quick and every product looked very high-end!

**Do not order from this company!**

Customer service has been extremely disappointing. I placed two separate orders—one included a pre-order item, so I understood that would take longer to ship. However, my other order contained only in-stock items and should have been shipped without delay.

After contacting customer support multiple times, I received very little help. They eventually offered a gift card and stated that they could ship the non-preorder items first, but they never followed through. Since then, they have stopped responding altogether.

At this point, I simply want to cancel both orders and receive a refund, but I can't get a response from anyone. The non-preorder order should have been shipped from the start instead of being held up unnecessarily.

Very poor communication and customer service. I would not recommend ordering from them.

Pretty fast delivery plus I’ve been wearing the ring a bought for a well while working, washing my hands and everything, and it still hadn’t tarnished!

I’m always on the hunt for a new place to get quality and unique jewelry pieces, so ordering from En Route was a no brainer for me. I ordered the Whimsical Necklace and the Water Drop Necklace and was so impressed that I ordered my sister some of the Birth Stone Earrings for her birthday. (Out of all the gifts I got her those stole the show!) I’ve since gone back for the Midday Ring. Each piece is easy to stack with my other jewelry pieces, but they tend to steal the show no matter how they are layered. They have such a unique style that I haven’t found with other brands. En Route pieces feel like they are paying homage to vintage styles while also looking towards the future. I haven’t had any tarnishing issues with my non-waterproof pieces, but I’m very careful to dry and store them correctly when I’m done wearing them. I have a weekly urge to buy out the entire store, but I restrain myself (barely.) I love the amount of silver options! I have a hard time finding unique silver pieces.
All in all, En Route is a reliable company with quality products. They also have a DETAILED page on their ethics that is very thorough. It doesn’t feel like your standard greenwashing.
The only way they could get better is if I knew the company also supported an important cause, ie, supporting Palestinians, queer youths (Trevor Project), funding women’s rights organizations, etc.
Plus, great shipping and great customer service!

I stumbled on this company after seeing a necklace on someone else and asking where they got it. The pieces are beautiful and high-quality especially for the price. Communication and shipping from the company is also excellent. Never had any issues to date.

I highly recommend En Route! I ordered a pair of earrings from them and I absolutely love them. They look stunning in person, are very well made, and the quality is excellent. I’ve recently just started building myself a timeless jewelry capsule and I’m pleased to say, en route really meets those expectations when it comes to quality and affordable pieces. I bought a couple rings from en route a year ago and they have yet to tarnish! Designs are super cute and all the jewelry I’ve gotten from them so far have been really durable.
