Fast delivery, quality good for the price

Love all my pieces! I ordered several rings and two necklaces and all of them are beautiful. I was a little hesitant to order since I have allergies to metal but the sterling silver and even brass plated pieces work for me without any issues. Will order more pieces when some are in stock.

Absolutely LOVE my jewellery from En Route. I bought 2 pairs of earrings and the most gorgeous bracelet. The quality is really good I'm so pleased with them and how well priced it was! Will 100% buy from here again.

The necklace I got from here is stunning, it doesn’t rust, its not too heavy, I get plenty of compliments on it, and it makes literally every outfit i have better ! It came just in time for a concert that I was going to and ordering off of Shop from here was very easy! The price was totally worth it !

It’s easy to get sucked in by this company’s advertising on social media. Don’t.
I should’ve realised when their policy is that you have to pay for returns, considering so many companies offer free returns - it feels a bit like a scam.
I tried to submit a return with them and honestly don’t waste your time. The “communication” from their customer service team was all over the place and they subsequently offered me a gift card….
We’re talking about an item that was on sale.
I don’t understand how a business can be so greedy when they already make customers pay for shipping the item out and to return it.
Update:
Fortunately I had paid through Klarna so was able to submit a return. After writing a review on here they quickly changed their tune as well and gave me the refund. It felt like a lot of palava for a sale item…
En Route’s quality isn’t high end but it is treating itself as such.

There are so many better independent sellers and I’ve wasted at least a tenner on top of the cost of the item.

I got the waterdrop gold necklace and was surprised by the quality of the chain and how beautiful the pendant is. I’ve been wearing mine for over 2 weeks now, and I go to bed wearing it too. It does not snag on my long hair at all, and the length is perfect, so it doesn’t feel like it’s choking me either. Love it 🥰

The jewelries are so beautiful and worth it. They have multiple choices : classy, elegant, whimsical, everyday style and statement pieces. The only thing is, some of them can be quite small, but otherwise 100% worth it !
