AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID I cannot stress this enough, AVOID!!!!!!

I simply cannot believe that a company with such poor customer service can even exist!
I got into £700 debt because for two years they were not charging me for electricity, even though I was told that I was paying for both gas and electricity and was submitting my meter readings regularly. I could not get in touch with anyone or get this matter resolved until I took it to ombudsmen who helped me to deal with this mess.
Then finally after months of problems, I had a repayment plan agreed on and set up, but of course, life would have been just too easy if Enstroga was able to simply stick to agreed arrangement. Instead, they decided to take 3 months worth of payments taken out of my account in one month without my permission. Because why not, right?! So naturally, I have cancelled my direct debit and informed that that they will receive their next payment in 2 months and complained about poor customer service (again!!!). In reply I got loads of generic emails informing me that they looked into the matter and it was resolved. I have asked several times what said resolution was, however was not able to get an answer. And then I got another email saying that since I have cancelled that repayment plan, I ought to pay the whole amount outstanding. No matter how many times I tried to explain that they already have the money they should have had by now from me, all I am getting is generic responses.
Don't know if I should laugh or cry.. back to ombudsmen I guess..
