Joke of a company
What an absolute joke of a company.
We had an incident with the pickup truck we had on hire where the back window was smashed. We initially hired via National, but were told to go to Enterprise for the replacement.
When collecting the replacement, we were assured by the staff that there was nothing to pay, and to ignore the emails from the claims team, as they were automated. This was repeated by the team at National
Since then, we have been chased for over $600 in fees.
I have sent numerous emails, most of which were ignored, and the ones that did get a reply were completely unhelpful, refusing to acknowledge what I had been told numerous times by different team members
I have since had to pay the invoice, to stop it being passed to collection
I then made a complaint to the customer service team, explaining the situation, the numerous emails I had sent and time spent.
I was simply told theres nothing they can do, and contact the claims department. The exact department which I told them was ignoring my emails.
This is a company who is supposed to pride its self on customer service. I will never be using their services again
