A professional and helpfull service
A professional and helpfull service. The team always try to take care of the customer needs and fix the possible issues that could happen. If any disturbance happend they compesate the disturbance to the customer.

The car was great and check on/out was…
The car was great and check on/out was a breeze. However when we first got to the car we noticed a few stains on some of the seats that hadn’t been mentioned to us, and no one walked out with us that we could the stains out to. However, I just called the office right there and told them, and they noted and it wasn’t an issue.

Rental process was smooth & got an…
Rental process was smooth & got an upgrade in the car & staff was not pushy about extra insurance & toll transponder. I ended up taking the ferry & only used the bridge transponder once instead of the 2 I pre paid. & they gave the credit back upon returning the car.

Was very pleased with the car I was given. The heads-up display of the GPS made driving to my destination in the dark and in the rain less of a challenge than I had expected. The staff were most helpful both at checkout and check-in.

We were rented a car in Copenhagen in…
We were rented a car in Copenhagen in mid-November and not told that it did not have snow tires, even though we were clear that we were taking the car to Norway and Sweden. Apparently snow tires are an upcharge but we were not given that option. We ran into snow and the car went off the road a number of times, and we finally had to turn back from our drive to Bergen because the car wouldn't go up hills on the highway in the snow. Our lives were certainly endangered, and part of our trip was ruined. The car was so bad that we couldn't even visit some of the museums in Oslo because the car wouldn't go up the ramp into the parking lot. When we explained this to the manager when we returned the car we were told that we should have known there were no snow tires, and given a tank of gas to compensate us for a ruined trip. We always use Enterprise for all of our rentals in the States, but apparently international Enterprise is not the same caliber of company, and we certainly won't be using it again.

I do understand your review, and why you are not satisfied with how we are handling the winter tire issue. It is not required by law in Denmark, to have winter tires on a car. Therefore we are leaving it to the customer to choose, whether they would like to purchase winter tires or not.
The fact that you were not given the option of winter tires, even though you informed us that you would be driving to Norway concers me! That is definitely not the service we aim to provide.
We would like to change your view of us. I have asked the branch in question to contact you.

Very quick, clear process to rent a car at counter.
But the rental car counters moved from airport building inside to outside that must be taken by bus.

The car was new and the communication…
The car was new and the communication at the reception was fast and without any problems. The only thing which was not OK was that the car was not cleaned before I arrived. There was still dirt inside from the user before me! Anything else was great experience.
