Made life easy!

Extremely impressed!

Very positive and friendly experience

I made a donation through the Enthuse website, however I missed the Gift Aid button. I was keen to add this to my donation so I contacted Enthuse and got connected to Emma Smith who sorted everything out immediately. A very prompt email reply, with excellent guidance and the situation was resolved . Now the charity is the beneficiary of the Gift Aid. Thank you.

Great customer service!

We've really appreciated Enthuse and their service to us, and that was exemplified as we wanted to change the organisation that donations were sent to recently. Rishika Bhalla was a huge help in giving us the directions we needed to make the transition as smooth as possible, going the extra mile to complete tasks for us to help the move. Thank you!

The team

The team - Jared and Luke - could not have been nicer or more helpful. They are super quick to respond and helped get our fundraising campaign live quickly when others said they needed a lot more lead in time.

Enthuse for small charities - Great Experience

I have been working with Jared and the team for 12 months now. It was important to me as a smaller charity CEO to have a bespoke service to ensure success and that is exactly what Enthuse has provided.
Throughout the past year the platform itself has helped us raise over £12900 in donations that we would have not gained otherwise. It also didn't stop there - we have had consistent input from the team on areas of improvement and new updates to the system which has been a breath of fresh air.

We have had the pleasure of working…

We have had the pleasure of working with Jared Monaghan from Enthuse for just over a year now. He has been a great support for our charity and is always there when needed. We were with a similar company last year and things did not go well. Thanks to Jared things have improved tremendously for us.
