Amazing customer service

Quality of shirts was great. My order was missing some and the customer service was best I’ve had anywhere in years. Prompt, polite and helpful. Problem was quickly solved. Five stars for amazing staff

Great experience!

We ordered 350 sweaters for a school event. The process of designing the sweater was smooth. Everything we ordered came correct, even when a speedy reprint was needed for a couple of sweaters (they identified the issue before even shipping the sweaters). The sweaters came very quickly, and were already sorted and labelled which helped immensely. Would definitely order again!

Exceptional customer service

This was the second time that I have ordered swag for my company, second company that I have done this through. Ordering through your company was very easy, communication with your company was very quick and easy. All steps of the process were very seamless. The product received is as expected and I am very pleased with the result.

For the most part things were excellent

For the most part things were excellent, however my only dislike was that I could not add to my order and had to pay another shipping charge just to add one more pair of joggers to the order, not even an hour after the order had been placed. Had I had that ability and no extra shipping or Entripy would have been willing to credit that shipping charge I would have rated my experience a 5 star.

Two Sides

Print quality was solid, t-shirt was a huge disappointment.

Not as much as the boilerplate, platitude riddled customer service. Clearly they do not want my future business.

Had a rush order and Entripy came…

Had a rush order and Entripy came through clutch. Katrina was great to deal with. The embroidery was well done on the hoodies, and I appreciated the quick turnaround. Will definitely use again.

At Entripy the staff are fantastic

I dealt with many people on the phone and online through email. They have amazing staff that were able to help a new user to this company. From an idea to a finished product, the support staff talked me through the process and we ended up getting our 60 shirts in time for our AGM. Thank you!!
