It’s a scam. They want to charge you $USD for something that the official site will do for much less. They aren’t affiliated with the official government site in anyway. Go to k-eta.go.kr

When searching for the option to apply for a K-eta visa for South Korea, this website is one of the first to appear. At first it seemed easy to use and quicker to respond than the official website. All went well until the website simply refused to upload my id photo. This was already on the second phase of application after I had paid. I needed that visa within the next few days and after countless email I recieved not help from the company. I was forced to use another service to get the visa and continued requesting a refund from this service which did not deliver. I don't think this website is a scam but if something goes wrong they will not help and I am still waiting for a refund.
Edit: day after posting this review I recieved email confirmation of the refund.
