This is a SCAM been trying to get a hold of anyone in this compny for 3 months and no answer. dont wast your MONEY.

I am very pleased with the incredible customer service I received! As a former Nordstrom manager, I know good customer service when I see it, and this was stellar. Danna did a great job keeping me up to date and communicating as to what my passport replacement status was. Timely, thorough, and efficient. Very well done. I have now received my replacement passport and am able to continue my travelling in my retirement. Many thanks to the crew who made this possible.

I went to renew my passport on IVS ("powered by govassist" which appears to be the parent company of Entry). Turns out they take your money and then don't talk to you for weeks and then when you ask where everything is are silent.

It's very strange that you can't leave a review for govassist which OWNS entry (and "powers IVS". Entry in their privacy terms say "This Privacy Policy describes how your information is collected, used, and disclosed by GovAssist, LLC"

So not only did they take my money and do nothing, they are hiding how to actually leave reviews on their shell companies. Beware dealing with them.

At the time of booking my dates of travel, a lot was going on, ticket in hand and I didn't realize my visas had expired. I started the renewal process online which was intimidating as I was filling in the answers. As I completed one task, I had to do another and another to completed the renewal process. I had a lot of anxiety because this was time sensitive. Of course there was a moment in the process that I needed help and luckily I dealt with Emma. She was phenomenal! She simplified the process and answered all my concerns in a timely manner, I felt confident I will succeed with this process because I had Emma's support there with me, every step of the way because I relied on her timely response. With Emma's assistance I could not have completed the process. In the end I had my renewed visa one week before my travel date. Thank you Emma for making the process a stress free experience... your efficiency, patience and effectiveness in my situation made a big difference in the end result which led me to obtaining my visa in time for my travel.

Very good service. I really recommend for everyone. They got an interview date within a moth. Other than i have to wait one year waiting list to get an interview. I received my past within a month after interview date. Very good service.

It was a tough period that why it was I don’t know, we should have taken in a two or three days. We pay a lot of money and nobody knows why.. and application was ridiculous, meaningless..

I am very pleased about the service I got. The responses were very prompt, and I got really good guidance and support throughout.

I am very satisfied with the experience I have. It's took time to answer but once they got in touch with me my documents were approved extremely quickly. The advisors are very attentive and nice, they provide all information without overlooking anything. Even after you receive your documents, they will still remind you of you appointment dates, in addition to providing further information. It seems like they're doing everything they can to coax a smile out of you and make you want to repeat the experience.

They are fraudulent. Its been 5 months and still no passport.

İ want to cancel my application. Because I thought that it was us consulate. Anyone responds my maili about refund.
Edit: I've just received my full refund. But by mails during 3 days they tried to change my idea. İt was a stressful experience not only to pay extra fee 198 dollars but to pay extra money for a simple application process and to feel lost. If you have mistaken like me pls urgently cancel it. And Read refund process. I upgrade my öne star to two stars.

Like many reviewers, I mistakenly thought this website was affiliated with the government. I filled out the information for a renewal and paid a fee ($138.95) March 17,2026. Initially, I got a response informing me that my photo was not approved. It took me a week or so to line up a professional photo and send it to them. After that I learned that they are not associated with the government. What followed was a series of inquiries with no response. In the middle of May, I tried their online query also with no response. Toward the end of May, I finally found a phone number that connected me to an AI handler in Idaho which said it would submit an "request urgent", again no response. Another "support" phone number in the middle of June took me to another very frustrating AI handler that kept asking me what my "legal" issue was.

It had been almost 3 months since beginning this application and I still had no clue where my file was. By this time, I realized that I would still have to pay $130 to the government to process the application regardless of what the Entry,com people had done. That realization made me finally go to the federal website, fill out the application again (<30 minutes), pay them $130, and almost immediately receive a confirmation with the estimate of 4-6 weeks return.

Interestingly, later I finally got direct communication from Entry.com informing me that my file had made it to Washington, DC and inquiring whether I would like to proceed(?). Within that time lapse, I received my passport (~3 weeks) from the government. Obviously, I told the person at Entry.com, no. I asked for a refund; he said, no, because they had done all the work in processing my file. For the record, he was polite and understanding and even offered me some sort of deal in future work with Entry.

In summary, if you are renewing a passport, do not use these people. You can handle all of it yourself and likely receive the passport faster. That will also save the "processing" fee charged by Entry.com. lummikent
