Promised refund but never delivered
Bryan from their support team offered a 90% refund after I pointed out to them that their refund policy/cooling-off period was not readily available to me upon purchase. I had not used their course at all. It's now been 4 weeks after agreeing to their refund offer and I have not received my refund, nor any other communication from them. This is a clear breach to a previously agreed resolution. I will be reporting them to the relevant consumer protection agencies as this is inappropriate conduct.
