Horrible experience, it kind of spoiled the event. Everything seems to involve a disproportionate fee and the company trying hard not to return unused credit. There’s no good reason for it, and felt like we were getting screwed for every extra euro they could get away with. Wouldn’t recommend as it tarnished the event (Belgian Beer Weekend in Brussels)
Belgian beer weekend in Brussels, you have to pay 1€ to create an account. You also have to pay 1€ to get your money back. Which you would always have to do, because they force you to pay for the glass to drink the beers from. And then when you ask for a reimbursement, they inform you that they'll only start the process in October. The event took place on the 7/8th September.
It's nothing but a scam to make you pay for services that are useless when you could pay directly with card. And then keep your money for a whole month. Ridiculous, disgusting and we'll never go back to an event such as this.
