Placed order on website but on delivery the product (moss killer) was a smaller weight than quoted on their web page for the same cost so in effect I was being overcharged.

A phone call to explain I was promised a return call when they had looked into it. The return call was very prompt the product details had changed but for some reason the shop page had not. The matter was resolved there and then together with profuse apologies.

This company is plainly reputable and I would not hesitate to deal with them again.

After failing to purchase replacement halogen lights from the normal DIY outlets, I trawled the internet to see what I could find and came across Envirolights. These replacements were LED but were cheaper than the old halogen equivalent. I ordered two bulbs at a very good price including delivery and between order and receipt of goods I had been kept informed of the order progress. The bulbs duly arrived, very well packaged and when installed offered abetter and brighter light than the halogens. Overall, very pleased with the price and the service and will happily return when other bulbs are required.

Brilliant, cheap, carefully packed and quick delivery

Stay clear of this company i had ordered lamps on the 2nd of June. I was sent an email to tell me on the 6th of June they would be sent out that day and they were closed for bank holiday. I have just checked my account and the items are still processing. Had to pay £4.25 for postage it's a joke. I will be escalating a claim through pay pal for a full refund.
