The parcel arrived well packed and in good condition. It also arrived in the time as specified so not a bad experience however when unpacking the item it did not come with any manual or instructions which should be included. Hence 4stars not 5.

The product was delivered very quickly, I must have misunderstood the description as I believed it was designed to fit inside a 100mm dia. pipe, but the fitter and I could not work out how to achieve this.
We had to cut the pipe in half and just got it to fit in each end although the dimension says 3.81 ins the pivot bar for the spring damper is much longer than 4 ins.
It does work very well so pleased with the operation side of the product

Returned an unopened/unused product as I simply changed my mind.

I decided to put the item it was bought to a cool in a different unenclosed location. Therefore, it was simply no longer required.

The response received was that there are a number of marks on the item devaluing the item. Offering a 50% refund.

I would have accepted this had I caused the damage, but I did not remove it from it's original packaging, and it would have been delivered to me in that condition.
Despite several emails sent stating the above, there has so far been no response, or no refund.

Sadly, it appears to be my word against theirs, and
can only assume that they are not prepared to discuss the issue. Feels like unless I respond to accept the 50% refund it will remain in limbo.

Would never buy from them again.

I purchased the Ac Infinity Backdraft Damper for my kitchen's cooker extractor hood. It's a solid product and functions effectively to keep backdrafts (from the gravity flaps) out the kitchen. The only minor issue I had after fitting it was the noise generated by the spindle which holds the two butterfly flaps in place: when the extractor is on and the flaps are open, the spindle spins around freely. Quietness was a big consideration in the purchase of the cooker hood. So, to introduce a new source of noise was not ideal. I resolved this by taping the spindle ends: this stopped the spindle from spinning when the fan was in operation and hence eliminated the noise.
