Gone bust? I wouldn't be surprised.

After offering a reasonable quote they promised to start work on our job early in the summer. However, they didn't turn up and have a policy, it seems, of never answering the phone. Numerous phone messages and emails went unanswered. Having given them the go ahead, I was reluctant to waste other people's time getting further quotes but this was a mistake. As a result we've wasted five months but, at least, we have now got a proper company in. I would suggest avoiding them if, that is, they are still in business.
