I would warm you off buying the Envora Sensory Swivel Chairs but the scammers have closed down the website now so you would be unable.

On 14-Oct-25, I to purchased four of the Envora Sensory Swivel Chairs ($235.96) and was supposed to also receive two free Envora Sensory Toy packs and the downloadable Envora Sensory eBook.

The order confirmation email and eBook email were received immediately and that was the end of the communication, and no physical product ever arrived.

This review is to advise any other shoppers who have been scammed by Envora.com to report the details of the scam to both the police via a Cyber Report which is managed through the Australian Signals Directorate which will provide you with a police report number. Then report it to your financial institution where they will ask for the police report number.

The Cyber Report portal can be found on the Australian government Cyber Report website (this review would not allow the link).

You may or may not get your money back, but even if you don't, from past personal experience, this report can lead to an arrest and criminal conviction of the scammer/s.

Paid for 2 swivel chairs in October and heard nothing since. AVOID at all costs!
No reply to any email and link button is now showing as an error code. They send you an instant invoice with a sensory ebook once you pay so it really does look legit. But then you never get a tracking email. So disappointing 😞

Buyer Beware...It's been over a month and I never received the two swivel chairs I ordered. I tried to reach out via email, but no response. When I try to click on the link to check on my order, I get an error message. Nothing like wasting $80.

No reply to multiple emails and messages. My order not delivered…..total scam.

Same as other reviews, they should get a zero rating. No delivery, no contact despite chasers, Evri advised 31 October they were expecting my parcel and nothing. It’s a total scam, had to apply for a fraud rebate from my credit card. They shouldn’t be allowed to advertise.

Impressive legitimate "looking" website, but absolute scam. Yun parcel tracking disappears after a week with no further parcel tracking, no email replies.

Ordered two sensory chairs. Tracking info provided shows package “not found”. Items never received. They do not respond to emails. Total scam.

Do not buy anything from Shopenvora.com.
Ordered something for autistic person, did not receive and emails go unanswered.
Total scammers.
