Mason in Chicago has been a great find for our family since 2024. Both my husband and son are very picky and hard to please. Mason was patient and confident in introducing us to custom and why it’s worth it. From many fabric options to the fine details of fit that we never knew anything about Mason has everything covered. Once we started working with Mason and Enzo it honestly makes it hard to buy anywhere else. At first we didn’t understand why custom was “worth” it but honestly there’s not another option once you have experienced this.

Working with Mason is great. He is very knowledgeable with styles and trends and how items should fit. He also has an eye for attention to detail. Overall, it has been a very pleasant experience working with him.

Amazing customer service with a diverse set of options

Melody really went above and beyond the regular Tux fittings to make sure all of my needs were addressed, took extreme care to ensure all the measurements were perfect, and followed up promptly to address any and all barriers to deliver the best tux ever! I’m so happy to have had Melody help out in this process—she made the experience so much better!

My husband found Enzo through a Yelp Elite event. When he came home excited about his two custom shirts, I had to visit Enzo during his next fitting to see what the hype was about. I always wanted custom pants. I’m tall so sometimes finding the right length can be challenging. There were hundreds of fabrics to choose from. I picked a light weight fabric and then asked if I could add a tuxedo strip. Well of course, Brad said! When my pants came back, they were perfect! A pair of high waisted tuxedo pants! I am so in love with them! I can’t wait to go back for my next purchase.

Dante did a phenomenal job from start to finish! This was my first fully tailored tuxedo, so the number of options was surprisingly overwhelming. Dante not only simplified the process, but made sure we stayed within my budget along the way. I especially appreciate the way he communicates his advice - very diplomatic in that you can tell he has tons of experience, while at the same time making you feel comfortable if you don’t listen to all of it. The tux looks great, but more importantly, I FEEL great in it, and all the credit here goes to Dante. If Enzo is in your budget, I highly recommend getting in

Excellent customer service. Tom had answers for all my questions and was super helpful. Very patient man who never complained when I was running late for my appointments due to how far I was traveling from. 11 out of 10 would shop here again!

Dante did an awesome job tailoring my wedding tux. He was great to work with throughout the whole process and really paid attention to the details to make sure everything fit just right. By the final fitting, the tux fit perfectly and I couldn't stop smiling when I tried it on.
