Awful return policy

Hello I bought a pair of shoes for my elderly parent assured I could bring them back if not suitable. It turns out I can give them back but they would not give me my money back, only a gift card. I felt I was misinformed and felt they had rather rigid rules about their returns. It was a very unpleasant experience even though staff were nice. Very silly policy as I would make sure I will avoid this shop in the future.

We bought shoes and made a mistake, never get a cash refund.

We bought shoes and made a mistake. We wanted to return them after 30 minutes, but the manager informed us that we would never get a cash refund because the owner introduced a rule that it’s not allowed. Instead, they offer a card with the equivalent amount to be used in their store. Terrible service. I will never buy anything there again! Be careful – if you buy something, you won’t get your money back even if you want to return the item just 30 minutes after purchase. Avoid this place at all costs.

I ordered to surprise my husband

I ordered to surprise my husband, unfortunately the size is too small and i wanted to return or if i can change size no matter how much i would pay i just wanted to change into right size, but unfortunately i cant process the steps because when i go to my ordered i cannot open it, it says “internal error service”so how i could do that? I wont recommend this app. For so many times ive been ordering in other online shop, this is disappointing

My favourite website

I ordered shoes and I love them, they are so comfortable and the order was made so fast, I always order there and I live in Germany so it takes like 5 days. But I would recommend it to everybody who wants to buy good quality shoes. This website is amazing and I’m gonna buy shoes from there now more often!

A Nightmare Experience – Avoid Eobuwie at All Costs

I deeply regret ever shopping with Eobuwie (eobuwie.pl). My biggest mistake was not checking the reviews before making a large purchase. This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had.

There is absolutely no support available when you need help. I've been left in the dark with zero updates on my order status. It feels like they take your money and disappear, I’ve been waiting forever for my delivery, with no communication whatsoever.

This kind of service is unacceptable and honestly feels like a scam. If I don’t receive my order today, I will be cancelling and requesting a refund, though I have little faith in that process either, as I suspect it could take months, if it happens at all.

If their customer service is this bad, what kind of quality can you even expect from the products? This whole experience is a complete shame and a warning to anyone considering shopping here.

Do yourself a favour read the reviews before buying. I wish I had.

Total scam

Such a cheat! They advertise great shoes for good prices. You pay and buy, and then a moment later you get the message that the purchase is cancelled. They hold your money for days and then send it back. What kind of a business model is that?

purchased footwear online through e-avalyne.lt. Upon receiving the product, I noticed a manufacturing defect – the stitching had torn at the bending point, and the rubber started to peel off from the suede. I immediately contacted customer service, provided photos, and explained the issue clearly. Unfortunately, I received only a standard response blaming it on “accidental or unintentional customer damage,” which is simply untrue.

This kind of response shows a low level of service and an attempt to avoid responsibility for selling a defective product. According to Lithuanian consumer protection law, any defect found within 6 months of purchase is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless the seller proves otherwise. Therefore, the seller is obligated to take the complaint seriously instead of automatically blaming the customer without proper evaluation.

I’m very disappointed with both the product and the attitude toward customers. I do not recommend shopping at E-avalyne if you expect quality, warranty coverage, or fair customer service.

Very bad service.

Very bad service.
On the website next to the product is market 1-2 business day delivery , my parcel is always under preparation .
When I contacted the customer service asking if they can send it on time or If i can pay more and get it it faster , they told me that the delivery is 14 days in the company policy

They just want to take your money. Run away from eobuwie!

If I had seen reviews here before purchasing goods in this scam shop, I would not have wasted money and time.

Almost a month ago, I purchased two sneakers from the store: an adidas and a sprandi for my kid. They were on sale and were almost 200 zloty (PLN). I had to pay for delivery fee which cost 9.99 zloty. So, roughly, I spent 210 zloty.

When both sneakers came, it was obvious the adidas was a FAKE. The sole had physical signs of glue and also its underneath was very different from what was shown online.

My wife and I decided to return the adidas. So, I took it to Eobuwie store in Galeria Katowice. I believe that was within 5 days of getting it. The representative took it from me and told me I would be refunded through my payment method. I used a benefity voucher from my company. A few days later, I got an email that I was getting a code from Eobuwie to be used only in their website, and it was only to be used in just two categories, and guess what, it was going to expire within one month. Ridiculous, right?

What made me a bit more upset was that they expected me to purchase another item from their store, and then pay an additional fee for delivery. Yes, I know 9.99 isn’t much, but I would expect that since the reason I sent back the item was because it was inferior/fake product, at least they should own up and cover the delivery, not expecting me to pay for delivery twice.

I exchanged emails with different representatives of Eobuwie, but all of them said they could not do anything about the delivery fee and if I don’t want to pay delivery fee, I should buy more items from their website because if I spent 249 zloty, it will be free delivery.

This simply means they expect me to pay more money or not to pay and then incur delievey fee.

In summary, run away from these people. Additionally, I am only dropping this here because I informed them I will publicly review them after the terrible treatment.

I returned the products

I returned the products. They were delivered to the store 2,5 weeks ago and I was still not refunded the money. I was told they are too busy to verify the return and I need to wait. This is breach of the law.

I bought boots at the beginning of…

I bought boots in November, wear them +- 3 weeks and already at the beginning of December boot soles peeled off! I was shocked.
Of course I brought them back to the shop and woman said that all will be fine, shop will give me back money. After 8 days without money and shoes I received answer, that they will fix boots instead of give me back money. But I don't want glued shoes! I want my money back! Because 3 weeks for GOOD shoes it's not a time!
Please give my money back!!!

P.S. After 3 days writing on all mails and sites - shop returned me money :)
I'm very thankful for understanding and changing your decision!

Scam

They don't deserve the 1.9 stars they have on here. They post fake product descriptions on the site, take ages to process a complaint, and in the end they do nothing to fix the issue. Hands down the worst online shopping experience i'ever had, they shouldn't be allowed to operate.

Messed delivery

After 4 days of waiting for delivery, it came out that package being 100 m from my destination can not fit into parcer-locker and must return to warehouse to be repackaged. Customer support claimed that issue is on side of delivery company, and I have to manage with it by myself. Lost of time, and 500 euros is on hold for two weeks. Do not recommend to shopping there.

Received damaged item, had to pay for returning it

Received a damaged item and although the website promotes free returns and it is the seller‘s obligation anyway to refund shipping costs in case of damaged goods, I had to pay them myself (both for receiving and returning the damaged item). At least I got a partial refund of the shipping costs by PayPal. Extremly poor customer service, will never buy again.
