booked a week at this hotel for 27…

booked a week at this hotel for 27 December 2022 to 03 January 2023 which we have been to on several occasions .when we arrived in the middle of the night there was only a phone number to ring when the guy answered he said there wasn’t any room there and we had to go to Maspalomas no email or nothing before hand .when we asked him to give us a number for someone to sort it out he didn’t care less in his words “ I don’t work for the hotel I don’t care”.
The customer service is awful and I definitely won’t be booking here again.book at your own risk if you have kids or are elderly because they leave you stranded.the only reason I gave 1 star as it wouldn’t let me give lower.I have emailed them several times but no response at all from them terribly customer service
