    The advisor that I spoke with clearly…

    The advisor that I spoke with clearly didn't know policy & procedure. She tried to refuse to submit my parents meter readings as I wasn't named on the account. I had to point out to her anyone can submit the reading however no account info can be given.

You are correct that anyone can provide meter readings on behalf of the account holder, even if they are not named on the account. However, for privacy and security reasons, we cannot share any account information with someone who is not the account holder.

    I dislike the daily charge of 70 p electric and 20 p aday gas these standing charges work out at £300 plus per year ,without using any power or gas ,

    Double payments taken by eon without consent.

    Two payments were taken from my bank account. I phoned eon and was told they couldn't return one of the payments and that I would need to contact my bank. If this happened to me it can happen to other customers. Eon have not given me any explanation of why this happened.
