The advisor that I spoke with clearly didn't know policy & procedure. She tried to refuse to submit my parents meter readings as I wasn't named on the account. I had to point out to her anyone can submit the reading however no account info can be given.

The ease of changing tariffs and then being told my monthly payments were going down slightly such good customer service
All very easy and straightforward.
Double payments taken by eon without consent.
Two payments were taken from my bank account. I phoned eon and was told they couldn't return one of the payments and that I would need to contact my bank. If this happened to me it can happen to other customers. Eon have not given me any explanation of why this happened.
