    Great customer service!

    I’m writing this review on behalf of a friend who recently spoke with one of your operators, Chukwuemaka.
    He was exceptionally dedicated, very helpful, and highly professional throughout the entire interaction. He went above and beyond to assist and made a potentially stressful situation much easier to manage. His attitude and commitment truly stood out, and he is a great asset to your team. He absolutely deserves recognition—and in our opinion, a pay rise would be well deserved.

    Disappointed with the communication with the billing team . Promised a call back never called back . Then tried again on next day same thing happened.

    Phone call took a little longer than…

    Phone call took a little longer than expected given I rang a few weeks ago to advise my sale date was 8/5 and that I was just updating them to confirm the sale of property had completed and provide the closing meter readings. But otherwise fine.

    Cost of living

    My contract ending and need new contract.
    I asked to go on a social tariff as am a pensioner and find it hard to pay bills that keep going up.
    I would have liked a cheaper tariff to help me

    Have tried for 2 days to submit a meter…

    Have tried for 2 days to submit a meter reading and it's not allowing me to. Keeps coming up with "oops there is a problem". Really fed up of trying and have now had to call to submit it!

    Shambolic
