I bought a media head unit which has…

I purchased a head unit from Eonon, and within the first few months of use the product began to malfunction. The screen frequently freezes, becomes stuck in split-screen mode, and at times will not power on at all. Despite repeated attempts, the unit cannot be reset and is effectively unusable.
After reporting these issues, Eonon sent a replacement screen. Unfortunately, the replacement is also faulty and does not function at all. Since then, I have sent multiple emails requesting assistance and a resolution, all of which have been ignored.
This level of product failure combined with the complete lack of customer support is unacceptable. I purchased this unit in good faith, and I expect a working product and timely communication. I have requested an immediate resolution, whether that be a fully functional replacement or a refund.
However, Eonon have just blanked my complaint and so I'm sharing my experience publicly.

DREADFUL company, wasted £150 pounds!!

Have the vwa12s

Have the vwa12s, had a issue and they got back to me straight away with the help I needed. The units running great now and even the dab works well

Great Product Eonon Q53SE

Have been using my Eonon Q53SE which I acquired as bundle deal with a dash cam and a reverse camera, all working perfectly, just need to find time to install my Eonon DAB which I won in an Eonon competition Thanks Eonon

Terrible products and customer service

Customer sevice isn't that good. I bought a unit for my car, and the unit quality is very poor, that i can live with considering th price, but there's a whine coming from the speakers only with the eonon unit. I dropped the car at the dealer and they inspected the factory bose system, and there was no faults. So the issue was the eonon unit. They tried multiple things to get rid of the whine with updated software and fiddiling with settings and nothing helped. They offered me to pay for returning the defective unit or pay a little more than the shipping fee and they would send me a new unit, new unit arrived i installed it, and only 3 speakers were working, and after a few hours of running time the whine slowly came back. I've given up with trying to reach an agreement with customer service and accepted my almost 300£ lesson

Buying Good Reviews

The product is fantastic so far, although I have only had it installed for a week. The boot up is a little slower than I was hoping, but that's fair enough I'm not too bothered.

When I ordered, a free gift was offered of a back up camera and a dashcam. This was part of what influenced my decision to buy an Eonon product. However, when I installed the product the back up camera did not work.

I contacted customer support and they informed me that they did not offer a warranty on the gifts and as I had taken a while to install the product the returns window had ended. This is fair enough its stated plainly on there website. It is a little strange they wouldn't just send a camera worth probably under £1 as good will after I have spent nearly £300.

This is when we get to why my review is one star. They offered me a camera on the condition of me writing a 5 star review and recording a video to post on their Facebook page. This just showed a lack of respect and integrity that rubbed me up the wrong way, it makes me wonder whether they send intentionally faulty gifts to try and get more positive reviews.

Do not buy!

Do not buy!! Absolutely zero support after sale. Big promises of updates and upgrades before sale. Waste of time and money.

I would give them 0 stars if possible.
