Be careful about this company

I applied for eOption because they seemed to be the cheapest for options. Actually I found out recently that this is Tastytrade instead (when trading higher volumes). Anyway I applied three weeks ago and about 7 business days later they sent me a short email telling me that my application was rejected without any reason why.

I called their customer service and after persisting long and hard they still wouldn't tell me. All they said was "it's because of our internal policy". It's beyond me why they would reject my application.. I have been approved by three major brokers already and this usually happened in 1-2 business days as well without any hassle.

I trade for a living so they could have made a few thousand on commissions on me a month, but now I will take my trading to Tastytrade instead so it's their loss. Maybe my application got rejected, because somehow they don't want to have customers who understand how everything works, which is a major red flag to me.

I took the effort a week ago to send them an extensive email asking for an explanation, but I simply got no response. If you do your research on Google, you will find that this company actually has a lot of bad reviews for various reasons, of which most by people who couldn't withdraw their money, so be very careful if you're considering to get into business with this broker, that is if they even let you.
