Eot Cleaning 

Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs. Total scam, will take your money and not show up to clean, then will avoid your phone calls like the plague when actually we should have avoided this company like the plague. The man who we spoke to who 'runs' this so called 'company' is a vile human who speaks to everyone in the most disrespectful manner and is delusional enough to think he won't be caught out or what he is doing is ok. AVOID

AVOID - cleaning never happened, didn't return the funds

Same as the other stories took the money but never showed. Thankfully we used our credit card so got the money back after the company promised a refund but it never came.
Booked with EOT but money went to Shineline Ltd London. Companies house seems to suggest there are a few of these “cleaning” companies all owned by the Ivanovs. All scams it seems.

It's a scam! They took money for 2 jobs in August 2023 and didn't show up. In fact, after the first job, no one could be reached. Left multiple messages online and via mobile phone ... of course, the contact person named "TIM" couldn't be found. So angry...

I booked this company in July for a tenancy move out clean by pre-paying upfront over bank transfer. I will never do this again, as even my bank flagged that this was potentially a fraudulent transaction. I had a clean scheduled for 2 August at 8am. When the cleaners did not show up I called and was told the company's technology was down, and they would need to reschedule or refund me. I was in a bind as my inventory check-out was meant to happen on the 3rd. I asked to reschedule the clean to the next day at 7am. On the 3rd I received a call at 6:45am that the cleaners' car had broken down, and was told that I could receive a refund. It has now been two weeks and after emails, text messages and phone calls I have not received my refund. I did receive an email last week that it would be addressed by 11th August, but have received no communication since then. I will be making a small claim.

Seems like an absolute SCAM.
We booked for a cleaning for the 30th July and they never showed up, didn’t even bother to say they weren’t coming, nor did they pick up calls on the day when we waited for them. Have been requesting a refund but being totally ignored by all representatives of that company. They reverted to us to contact SOFY 82 saying EOT is a 3rd party supplier - although SOFY 82 UK Ltd is a registered company, both parties are not responding to emails or calls and not dealing with the refund which we’ve now been waiting for for 2 weeks. Will definetly be reporting them too, per the reviews they seem to be doing this a lot and their website is pretty much false advertising suggesting this is a proper con.

They called to say my son would be refunded on Monday due to system issues last week, it is now Friday and they still have not issued a refund. We have now reported them to the police on Action Fraud. The company who take the payments are called SOFY 82 UK LTD and they are listed on the Companies House Register, Company number 1254384, so if enough people who have been scammed report them to Action Fraud, they should be forced to close down.

If I could I would put -ratings for this company. Never engage them, they didn't show up, treat customer calls with a text message reply of "can't talk" and haven't refunded my money after days of not showing up. Horrible company, stay as far as possible. I'll be reporting them onwards.

Paid them upfront for a cleaning, incorrectly booked my appointment, rebooked and the cleaning team could not arrive due to car issues...

I requested a refund and now over a week they STILL dont want to refund me. Their practices are fraudulent and they do not seem legit

If I could give No stars I would! Worst cleaners ever. Quoted for 4 bed 4 bath house to clean and steam clean carpets. 2 cleaners finally arrived at 1.30 ( said would come at 9 an) and left at 5.30. House badly cleaned and carpets not touched. Cost £600! DO NOT USE THEM

Paid the service fee and didn't show up on the agreed cleaning day! Rescheduled to next day and still not show up!!! Requested for refund but no response via the phone and email.
I wanted to rate ZERO star but there is no such an option!
