Sinclair sport coat/pants rub off blue color excessively

I bought the Sinclair sport coat and pants in Ink Navy, but unfortunately they excessively rub off their blue color onto everything (other clothes, skin, items in the pockets). This didn't change after several washes. Instead, plastic parts on the inside of my washing machine have taken on a light blue color and worst of all, my other clothes turn blue now. Absolutely terrible.

I got in contact with them and got told to wash them a few more times which I tried. Getting back to them and I haven't gotten a reply anymore.
